Scam nearly a year on and I never got my trainers

Stole money, blocked number. Avoid at all costs. Have opened case with solicitor. Be seeing you in court

A scam ! No order arrived - took my money , have contacted bank ! The reply’s on here are all the same ! Does this individual (by looks on Facebook) not care !!???? Please please report this company or police as it’s stealing ! There is a mobile number u can report as well, shameful on you

Avoid at all costs. Orderded 2 items for Christmas. Received 1 item which it is the wrong size and the second item never arrived.
I' ve been chasing them for the return label, they keep giving excuses and never send the return label.
Furthermore I haven't received a refund for the item never received.
I am getting in touch with my bank and I have also instructed my solicitors.

Amazing customer service. Sent an email regarding an enquiry and received a reply in less than 24hrs. Customer service representative also offered to deliver the package personally rather than using a courier as my address was close to their office. Very professional and reliable from my experience. Would definitely recommend purchasing products from their website.

I ordered an item in good time for delivery before Christmas. Didn't hear anything on the order and had to chase continuously without any response at all. The response I did eventually get was rude and direct. Not the customer service I was expecting and will for sure steer clear of this company in the future.

Not worthy of 1 star. Tried contacting you via phone number and it was off. Emailed, contacted via Instagram and on their website. Ignored on all! Will be contacting credit card company tomorrow to start refund process if not heard anything by then! Shocking customer service

Scammer don’t buy from him ordered Jordan 1s and didn’t arrive asked for a refund and he blocked me I was so upset.

If you want a pair of trainers avoid this company. They try to sell items they don't have and don't explain this. They make promises they cannot keep. They don't respond to emails either. Very quick to take your money though. Nearly ruined Christmas for my daughter. Just sorry I couldn't give zero stars. Avoid like the plague. Update - they then block you on social media. Update - this is actually a very true representation of your brand. This is exactly how my experience went. So you haven't blocked me on Instagram ?

Great service from the guys at size run every time I have needed anything they have been great very quick with replies and hand delivered by Liam himself very nice touch thanks for all the bits boys will definitely be using again and can’t recommend them enough well done and keep the grind up size run uk!!! I am yet to receive any confirmation whether my parcel has been sent. I was told you would try your best on sending them for christmas.
So overall really disappointed.

I Ordered a pair of trainers questioned confirmation, didn’t have the size I ordered, got a reply within minutes offered me a refund or a different size. Opted for the refund payed within 24hrs. Very happy about the service shame the trainers weren’t in the size ordered.. will be buying from sizerun again.

What a great little company. Cannot fault the customer service. I had a slight issue with my emails so hadn’t received tracking info. Royal Mail decided my house wasn’t accessible (it totally is) and took the parcel away. I messaged the company and they immediately responded even though it was late at night. They forwarded tracking info and I was able to redirect the parcel. It was delivered safely today. The product is exactly as stated. I highly recommend this company and will use again and recommend to friends. 5 star service thank you.
