Excellent customer service from Wendy Shepherd. Replaced our garden furniture cover. Greatly appreciated.

Was rather concerned I’d not had a confirmation of order email within 24hrs so completed an online enquiry form.
Wonderful Wendy Shepherd responded and confirmed my order had been received and was underway; she also confirmed my purchase would arrive in time for me to present it at a double baptism. Thank you, Wendy and support team. Your customer service is much appreciated.

AVOID at all costs! Rip off, money goes through, you wait for days before they'll even sort an invoice. Delivery to your door means on the road in the street! The reviews on the website are not real, nothing below 3* is listed!
Bought a shed, lots not supplied, lots of pieces broken, instructions didn't apply to the size of shed and the roof could not be fitted without me buying 7ft lengths of wood to span across to actually hold the panels. All of the panels on the shed were not the size they should be, all had to be cut to fit. Huge gaps in the wood where they should have been tongue in groove they were just gaping gaps! Panels did not match up like on the photos on the website, was dismissed and told that's why we supply strips of wood to detract your eye away! Cheap, shoddy sheds and customer service is disgusting. They ghost you on anything they are not willing to answer. Ben will take your money happily, supplying the product is another thing and if you're expecting quality, these aren't the people you want. I asked 3 times for the link to write a review, this is my first step, CAB next. I'd hate to think more people are taken in by these scammers. Honestly, go local and see what you're buying! Rip off business with no customer service and no morals! Shame on you Ben!

I found the website easy to order from, when I didn’t get a tracking email, I emailed the company and Wendy was so so helpful and gave me an exact time of when my parcel would be delivered!

When I was getting worried if the personalised book I had ordered was going to arrive in time for my granddaughter's birthday, Wendy replied immediately telling me it had been delivered while I was out. My granddaughter is delighted with the book and Wendy couldn't have been more helpful with my query.

I spent an age looking for a Bosmere garden furniture cover to replace one I have which had been torn. Multiple retailers stocked this brand but only GardenFurnitureCovers.com had the size I wanted in stock. I placed the order on a Sunday evening and sent a request for an update on the delivery the following Tuesday. Wendy Shepherd, Head of Operations at Sixtystores.co.uk replied to be the same day with an update and the cover was delivered on the Wednesday by Evri courier. Unfortunately the delivery did not have one of the items I had ordered. I followed up and asked Wendy for an update and she replied immediately and said the item was being shipped to me from the supplier. Unfortunately in this day and age receiving excellent customer service is a rarity. However Wendy was excellent. Based on this alone I would have no hesitation to return as a repeat customer should I need anything else from GardenFurnitureCovers.com.
