I am a newly established pet sitter. Upon using this app, I have found that it has been very convenient and easy with creating a profile, utilizing a schedule for booking, communicating with clients, setting rates/prices, and collecting payment. I will continue to use Sittsy as my main platform to offer my pet care services as it’s made it fairly simple for me to navigate and use, as well as keeping all my business organized.

I am currently unable to access my account because I am not receiving the verification code required to log in. This prevents me from managing my account, removing my payment method, or resolving the issue myself. After declining a booking request and the conversation being moved to the archive, I continue to receive charges for delayed responses.

Came here to write a bad review because Sittsy charged me 29€ without me giving any permission and without giving any indication of charge they charged my bank account and then saw that it happened to so many others already. I guess Im never seeing that money again. Please never use Sittsy, tell everyone you know.

This is a scam website. I signed up thinking it was the same as rover or Tailster. It isnt. They have no clients, or none that I could see. Can't get a refund for my money. I would avoid ans stick with Rover and Tailster

My daughter downloaded Sittsy wanting to work as a pet sitter. During sign-up, she accepted the Terms & Conditions — and immediately, without any payment confirmation screen or breakdown of what I was paying for, €29 was charged to her card.
No summary page. No "you are about to be charged." Nothing.
I requested a refund the same day and day after. No reply. My bank declined the chargeback. Sittsy's support is fully automated — I couldn't reach a human no matter how many times I asked.
This is not how a legitimate platform operates. In the EU, you are legally required to show a payment summary before processing a charge. They did not. I am now filing a complaint with Postal Police.
Don't use this app and be very careful.
