I love sitters! Every person who has come to our home to date was lovely and caring and sitters has not once failed to fill a slot, even last minute..

We’ve used sitters 3 times now in 3 different locations. One was the evening of our wedding. All 3 sitters we’ve had were on time and very nice.
Highly recommend especially for people without much family support!

It was our first time using the service and first time we left our daughter with a babysitter, and it was absolutely flawless.
The service is obviously well though through: you can select your favourite babysitters and they will be the first choice if available, you can see other parents' reviews to pick a babysitter for your child's needs, both the Sitters representative and the babysitter will call you before the first session. The fees are transparent and affordable.
Will use more for sure!

It has been really difficult to find reliable childcare to look after my 12 year old autistic daughter while I work away from home two days a week. I have tried various well known sites with no success and Sitters has been the only site that has provided regular childcare to meet my needs. I did have one frustrating issue with a childminder cancelling at 11:15pm the night before the job, but thankfully Sitters worked tirelessly to find a replacement the following day. Sitters is a lifesaver for me and without them I wouldn’t be able to work.

My 1st time of using sitters, the organisation and level of professionalism displayed by the entire team is premium quality.

It was very easy and fast getting a reliable sitter here. The prices are fairly okay too and the sitters were really wonderful

Incredibly hard to find a babysitter, had couple of bookings which unfortunately I had to cancel. If you need a babysitter better to look elsewhere or book for 6months ahead because otherwise won't find anyone who will accept. Maybe they have a good babysitters but unfortunately not enough of them.

Lovely sitter was found at short notice who had lots of experience with children, dealt with mine brilliantly and we were able to leave trusting they were on safe hands.

Our sitter (Gina T) was wonderful with our children. She made it possible for us to have a lovely evening out knowing that the children were with Gina T from Sitter.co.uk!

I have been using sitters for over 5 years but recently it’s just become extortionate as a service. The recommended rate of pay we should pay their sitter is now £11.50. They also charge £18 for agency fees 4 times a year. I’ve just seen they also now deduct on average an extra £5 a booking - as a additional agency fee!!! When you add this all up it’s absolutely extortionate. To charge the added £5 on top of the 4 x yearly agency fees is so poor. It’s all computer generated- we make a booking request and it just goes out to all local/ favourite sitters. When we are already paying £72a year for this service, paying the sitters, to then be charged this extra is such a rip off.
In current times where everyone is cutting back - for them to be so high in cost is a very silly move.
Definitely back to only using local friends/ teenagers/ word of mouth sitters and quitting this agency.

I love sitters.co.uk as they provide different sitters who are referenced checked, DBS, and who are experienced with children. If you need someone who is confident to look after your children, you must use them.

We used Sitters as we were on holiday from Australia and needed a babysitter.
Our friend recommended the service and it was wonderful. Our babysitter was absolutely lovely and our children really settled in well. Will definitely use again when in the UK.

It was my first time using Sitters for my girls. Nazia kindly accepted to come over. She is godsend, I was soo anxious about leaving them but as soon a Nazia waked theough the door all my worries were gone. She helped them with their homework, was very professional and caring.
