My experience with this school was great, my instructor Diana changed my life! Her view on healthcare, life and ability to teach skills with competency while also inspiring us to achieve and aim the highest we can in life is seriously inspiring. I hope to one day be like her! Clinical site in Huntington Beach was amazing, clean and staff was brilliant, welcoming and trained my cohort extremely well and with the most professionalism. I created lifelong professional friendships that I will forever cherish!

The flexibility Sisucare provides with its online theory was very helpful for me. I was able to focus on my university classes while doing the theory with the time I had available, which was great. The theory was easy to navigate and all the staff was helpful as well. The clinical site was convenient, my instructor was amazing, and all the staff at the facility was open to training and helping us with hands on learning.

It was pretty good but I just wish some of the staff at our facility was nicer and the makeup clinical instructor FIFI was rude. Other than that it was great. Kendra our actual clinical instructor taught us a lot and was amazing.

The online self-paced was easy to navigate and get through. When help was needed was always resolved.

This program is unprofessional and a scam. They are inconsistent, unorganized, and rude all for the price of over 2k. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat students and expect us to learn. my clinicals have been cancelled, moved, and my instructor is rude. they clearly has bias against certain students, and does not monitor nor follow the rules of the program. Their organizational methods are also a joke as they messed up my documents two days before clinicals started and made me pay 200$ out of pocket to fix it. Furthermore, the facility we are at doesn't even have room to accommodate our class size and it is extremely unfortunate that we have a learning environment like it to the grand total of 2k. Do not use this program

Everything was amazing from the online theory to the clinicals in person and instructor.

My clinical instructor made my experience amazing and I will continue to recommend her! I will continue to have access to modules even after finishing my theory which is an incredible resource to have

My clinical instructor was great, but my experience with SisuCare was completely unacceptable. During clinicals, I caught chickenpox and missed two days because I was genuinely sick. Since I knew attendance was important, I contacted Student Support—the department that is supposed to provide accurate information. I was clearly told that because I had already completed enough clinical hours, I did not need to make up the additional day I missed and that I had nothing to worry about.

I relied on that information. Then, after I completed all of my clinicals and waited the full 10 business days for my certification to be processed, I was suddenly told that I did have to make up the missed day after all. If I had been given the correct information from the beginning, I would have scheduled the make-up day immediately instead of wasting weeks waiting for a certification that was never going to be issued.

This wasn’t my mistake—it was the result of SisuCare providing inaccurate and conflicting information. Their lack of communication, poor organization, and failure to keep students properly informed has now delayed my certification, postponed my ability to start working, and cost me valuable time and income. It’s incredibly frustrating that students are expected to deal with the consequences of mistakes made by the very people who are supposed to guide them.

If you’re considering SisuCare, be prepared for inconsistent information and unnecessary delays. I cannot recommend this program based on my experience.

The company gave me a instructor that made me well prepared for the CNA exam

I had a great experience completing the CNA program at SisuCare in Sacramento. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. The self paced theoretical training was the best part as I could complete it while working full time while the clinical training was fully hands-on, and prepared me with the skills and confidence I needed for my CNA career. I highly recommend SisuCare to anyone looking for quality CNA training!

Jazz has made my experience with Sisucare amazing! He’s very patient, kind, and understanding and helps you with any trouble regarding your theory modules. He takes the time to listen and solve any problems, I 100% recommend Sisucare to anyone who’s interested in getting their CNA. Thank you Jazz and Sisucare!

I was 10 minutes late to 1 class . Ok whatever I'll make up the 10 minutes. My makeup was scheduled over a month out and required me to makeup 4 hours. Ok again whatever let's just get it over with so I can move on ! Nope. Called to confirm my time and date because the email they were going to send me with all the info never showed up . Of course it didn't . The instructor miss Margaret cancelled the class . I was not going to be informed. Once again scheduled my makeup for June 14th exact words " if the instructor doesn't cancel again " . My class ended April 21st . I will send you an email with the details . Still no email. I can almost guy you she's gonna cancel that class as well. This is the BIGGEST complaint with this company. I read the reviews and thought nah it can't be that bad .. NO NO it really is do not do it ! I drove 4 hours every weekend to get to class and I was late 1 time just 10 minutes . I will continue to write these reviews every time my life is delayed because of this company. I am literally stuck in California until I finish this class . I had planned on being in Missouri with my for her hip replacement on May 5th as my class ended April 21st . I still can't get to her because this company. I will continue to write reviews every month on every site I can find until it's over. Do not go with sisucare !

Kicked out of first set of clinicals because the facility was infested with bed bugs, then forced to do 25 hours over the required hours to finish clinicals because they couldn't find a schedule that fit my 5 hour clinical schedule. Now I am still waiting for my completion paper work that was supposed to be here within 10 days. Don't go here its not worth it. The office people all suck besides Jas and the instructors only teach basics not whats on the test.

After only enrolling there was a $250 enrollment application there's a whole lot of hitting things that are not uncovered until after you do this because they're going to automatically act like you owe them money even after a day or two they're going to say you owe them half the money that you agreed to pay them for Education even if you did not give them any kind of identification or sign any kind of paperwork not digitally agree to participate in the class but to actually sign any paperwork or actually go to an orientation or start any curriculum without these things but they still will pressure you and still act like you owe them the money, their language makes it hard to understand and communicate as well and as far as communicating they're not patient they don't communicate well and the communication they do have is only about money they seem like they pressured a lot of people into giving the money although they did not give them anything for the money that they're requesting and deciding to go to the school and plan paying the application fee does not entitled to Legal signature of participating actually into the school a digital type name is different than a actual signature so be mindful of the schools because they really getting over on a lot of people

PLEASE READ I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS: my experience with Sisu has been so very wonderful. I took this course two years ago and have had various life situations affect my finances and day to day life. Leaving me unable to fully go through with testing.

Every few months I’d check in with Ms. Kristian and the angel she is helped me with a smile and made sure I was still ready to apply to test. Keeping my final dates in mention

I just passed my CNA exam with flying colors ‼️FIRST TRY‼️ on both knowledge and skills because ONCE AGAIN Ms Kristian was on it and helped me prevail through the testing process. This time. For good!

My experience was great. The whole faculty and staff was very much supportive. The Theory online lessons where easy to follow and obtain great information to make me well prepared for the exam and clinical site. The clinical staff was supportive and thorough and were ready to help new student on their CNA journey. The Residents were much appreciative, kind and friendly and always enjoyed the students.
