4/23/25 it's now 6/18/25 and tracking still shows its "on the way" .. had to contact them over 10x to get a refund and they still Tried to only offer 25% of refund for an item I never received. Don't trust this company.

My experience was just fine actually. It is unfortunate they do not have more, if any, reviews on their items on the site. I ordered a dress, which took 2 weeks to delivery to Canada. My tracking updates were pretty accurate. I wasn't overall a fan of the dress, but it cam eas pictures (just a longer torso than anticipated on my part)

Avoid!

The clothes take ages to arrive and then when they to arrive they are terrible quality and don’t particularly resemble the images online.

I wish I could give a negative star…

I wish I could give a negative star here bc this company is just awful. It took 3 months to receive my order and when I finally got it it was complete garbage. It looked nothing like the pictures and the material was garbage. Now I’m trying to return it and going back and forth with them bc they are trying to give me a credit or a portion of what I paid instead of sending me a shipping label to return for a full refund. I hate companies like this. Don’t order!

Experience! I hesitated for a long time and frankly I'm delighted! It's identical to the photo, the announced delivery time (30 days) was respected, no unpleasant surprises. I would definitely recommend this site.

Would (Should) be a full 5 Stars.....

The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because of how long it took to get to me. It took 2 months to get to me. I realized as weeks passed that it was on a cargo ship. so not really their fault. I chose the free shipping option when i shouldve just paid the shipping fee.

Shipping aside, I have to say that the costumer Service was impeccable! with every single frustrated email I sent, they have kept in contact and got back to me within a few hours through email. They were so sweet and so understanding and kept assuring me that even though its taking long, I will be happy with my purchase. They were right!! when my dress came in....omg, it is stunning, I fell in love, and I dont even care I had to wait.

Their sweet customer care and stunning dress will make me come back for more! Ill just be sure to order them much in advance ;)

Scam

Orders take so long to be dispatched, contacted them to be told it hadn’t arrived in their warehouse probably from Ali express or shein. Requested refund over a month ago and still waiting for it, had to raise dispute through credit card company. Don’t bother just find them on another site

RECEIVED SHEIN LABELED CLOTHING

Ordered a few products from SisterParty, including a “blind box” of 5 random clothing items. What I received was an absolute joke. Literally received SHEIN clothing - still with tags and all labeling them as such. Additionally, I only received half of my order. This company stole my money. Waited six months & still have NEVER received part of my order. This company is a total scam & absolutely disgraceful.

I am so disappointed because all of the…

I am so disappointed because all of the clothes looks so pretty and my type although I’m still waiting since three months ago for my order I still haven’t received it. It still says that it’s waiting to clear customs I’m just really annoyed because I just want my clothes and I feel as if it’s fake but I’m reading the reviews saying it’s not but it will take a long time. This will be my last time ordering from them if I don’t receive my order by the end of this month, I will definitely be getting a refund.

3 months to arrive, and they don't want to accept a return

Bought a dress at the beginning of Feb. for my daughter to wear to a school dance at the beginning of March. Tracking showed the item was shipped from China but hadn't even left the country by March 1st. Bought a similar dress locally for her to wear to her dance and waited two more months for the one to arrive from Sisterparty. Now trying to return the item and I have to provide pictures of the item to prove it's the correct item. After that they offer a 14% discount to keep the dress or $25 dollars off my next order, as if we would really want to order something from them again. I tell them NO I just want to return it, and they still try to give me offers to keep the dress. Although they do respond quickly to emails, they try to do everything possible to avoid letting me return the item. It took 3 months for the dress to show up and now I am playing email tag just trying to return the item. DO NOT purchase from them. They may have a few good reviews but look at all the bad reviews about how long it takes to get your item, and how difficult it is to return an item. Looking at reviews it's about a 50% chance you will have a bad experience with your purchase.

Horrible

First of all took a month and a half to receive my order and the entire time I couldn’t track it because the tracking number they give you never works. I will say their customer service team always answered within a day but really weren’t helpful. Now I wanted to return it (I asked customer service their return policy before and they said they do refunds within 30 days) now I asked to return it and they asked for photo evidence of it not fitting me ????? And told me I can’t even get a full refund and they would give me $15 refund or $15 store credit. I paid over $40 for my item.
