I ordered an outfit for Halloween and I tracked it for 3 weeks. It finally made it to my town and then immediately said that it was returned to sender for insufficient address! There is no number to call for you and the post office was even worse help!
I can’t stand to get the run around like this and I will forever tell everyone how bad your service was! I live in a big city and go to college there and I can only hope that I make your life as difficult as me trying to talk to someone about this package has made mine. ANYONE thinking of ordering from this company please don’t! If you value your mental health and your money JUST run! Go naked! Don’t order from here!

Dishonest

Dishonest. Sizing off on many items. Their promise of a full refund is not true, they will counter offer to shy you away from returning but the offer is insulting. You don't get an address to return anyway. It's all games with this company that must be foreign. They play games. I've ordered twice and both times were bad. The first time I never got my item and didn't realize my second order was with the same company.

Le service client est super et très…

Le service client est super et très réactif. Les deux robes que j’ai commandé était super bien couper et les matériaux utilisés étaient top. Les produits étaient exactement comme sur les photos. Je recommande à 100%. Il y en a vraiment pour tout les goûts.

Wide range of choices

Wide range of choices. The site is well organized and easy to check out, with good tracking of shipment status and visible updates. I would have liked to have more selections in XL sizes as I find some L dresses fit small and very short (I am 5'9"). One item never arrived and I had to process a refund.

WEll shipping took over 3 months

WEll shipping took over 3 months. When I contacted them at 2 months they said there was nothing they could do about it. After 3 months I was more assertive with my wording and requested a refund or them to ship the clothing again. I know they are not responsible for the mail delivery but neither am I. They are rude in emails and tried to short me on the dresses. Currently am waiting for a new delivery with what they say is “expedited” shipping. We will see. Of the one dress that I did receive I will say it was great quality.

Negative star if I could!!

I would give a negative start if I could. I ordered $450 worth of dresses, seven dresses in total.
One was a pre-sale which I actually ended up receiving even before the other orders arrived. That dress was poorly sewn the sides don’t even match in symmetry. It did not come in any packaging, no tags on it, and dingy yellow marks all over the white fabric.
The other two packages that were ordered came in two separate orders I don’t know why. However, it took three months for them to arrive missing the events why I had ordered them and the quality of them was so brutal. One of the sequin dresses completely unspun trying it on and I was left with a pile of loose sequin from a $70 dress. The materials are cheap quality is cheap. The shipping system that they use is absolutely ridiculous because I had ordered several other things from China at the same time and I received everything in a timely manner except for this.
Sister party tried to blame Canada post strike however Canada Post Delivery was not even on strike so pointing fingers and passing the back just doesn’t cut it. Once I would Email complaining that my parcels headset for Weeks at a certain location without moving all of a sudden they would move that day… Somethings gotta give. I asked for a refund and to send all of it back since I did miss the event that I needed it for three months waiting time when you pay, but I did shipping and it’s supposed to be 20 days is ridiculous but the company told me that they would give me a 10% refund on $430 purchase…. Complete joke. Stay away from this company. You’re better off ordering Shien or Temu!

Don’t buy from this company!!!

Don’t buy from this company! Took 2 months to recieve my items, I had to contact them multiple times to find out what was going on. When the products came it was extremely cheap quality. The return address is America so the fees to return are ridiculous. It’s a load of hassle and I would completely avoid it all together.

Be aware of these Chinese shops that pop ups on social media. I placed my order on May 10,2025 and today is July 5,2025 and still haven’t received my package yet. Tracking that they gave said it’s on the way since May 22, 2025. I started thinking that the package is walking from Hong Kong or it’s a scam. I’m about to dispute this charge because my patience is long exhausted and I am well overdue a refund.

Not great.

I ordered from sister party 3 months ago, and it just came yesterday. On their website it said it ships in 5-7 days, although I didn’t even recieve an email confirming it saying I had ordered the order until a month later. When it did come yesterday, it was really bad quality. I would not order from here. You can get better things that come faster on shein.

Months to receive order

Placed an order for clothes to take on a trip 7 weeks before my vacation and it still didn’t make it in time. Their shipping takes a ridiculous amount of time, and the return process is also lengthy. I will never order from them again.
