I’d purchased from SIL before. Maybe 10 years ago and enjoyed my sheets they were 100% cotton and I loved the prints.
I ordered about $650 in new sheets and a duvet cover and pillowcases. The first night I slept on them I broke out in a rash.
I contacted CS for a return and they said they would only send me 15% if I returned them (half weren’t even opened). So I had to file a case through PayPal. Thank god I paid by PayPal or I would have been boned.
Poor products now and terrible customer service. Don’t do it there are some other, better companies out there.
Beautiful design, but a fail
Beautiful design. Cheap construction, poor stitching, cheap fabric. Will not last, not worth the price.

I'm surprised this company has such bad reviews. I just got the purple bamboo sheets and the dark flower duvet cover. I ordered my sets before I checked this site. When I saw the bad reviews, I checked in with customer service and they were responsive and nice. The order was sent 5 days after payment and arrived just yesterday. It's true they smelled a little funny when they got here and I did notice that they didn't feel immediately nice to the touch. The duvet cover just felt very neutral and the bamboo sheets felt smooth. Not soft. Just smooth. I decided to take a risk and wash them first (you're not supposed to do that if you return them). I'm glad I did that because when they came out, the sheets were very silky and luxurious and the duvet cover felt better too. I haven't seen any issues with the stitching at all and the quality is nice.

Believe all the reviews. I got my original order in October, but the blanket had a huge string/snag and I spent way too much money for a defective product. It's been a nightmare ever since. They've pushed the replacement back month after month after month. I have to reach out at the time it was anticipated to ship based on our last conversation, and when I do, it's another month to month and a half with NO explanation why it's delayed. This is shared by multiple people across all of their platforms. I'm starting to wonder if they're even a legit company.

Waiting for forest witch pillow shams that have been apparently for preorder since early OCTOBER 2025, if not earlier. I had to MESSAGE DIRECTLY to find out the item was for preorder after waiting a month for my order to ship, even though it appears to be "in stock" on their website and item description.
Expect the estimated timeframe for a preorder item to ship to be extended several times. This is again, only found out when I message them directly.
I ordered in October 2025 and have reached out multiple times to be notified that it's been pushed back to December, to January, to February, and now to March. The only reason I'm willing to wait is that it's a gift that is now severely late. If it were for me, I would have gotten a refund long ago. As someone who also runs an online shop, this is a very unprofessional and deceptive way to run a business.

Disappointed with 'velvet' robe
I bought their black 'velvet' with bats robe. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It's not actually velvet, its polyester. And it's super scratchy on the inside. Probably because there's no lining on the inside. And not even a fabric loop at the neck area, to use it to hang on a hook. Over priced for what showed up in my mailbox. I dont think ill order from them anymore.
No communication and takes forever to come
I ordered something and they have been changing the eta for shipping everytime I email them. I’ve had to email them 3 times since I ordered 4 months ago. No one communicates that it’ll be pushed later until you ask. They told me it was because it was “preorder” but I specifically didn’t get a different item because it said preorder so I know they made them preorder after I already ordered. Shady business
Sininlinen sheets taking 6 months
I ordered from Sininlinen back in 2017 and had no issues, but recently I ordered sheets in September of 2025. I haven't received them yet. First it was supposed to be October, then I contacted customer service. Customer service said end of November. No luck. I contacted them again. They said end of December. Still not shipped. I emailed January 1st, they replied today, January 2nd and said they should ship end of January or early February. This company needs to get it together. 6 months for an order to ship, and I am not even sure they will ship by February after all of the false promises that I've gotten.

I bought a set of sheets for my daughter a while back and she liked them. Recently I bought a set for myself. They look cool and are comfortable but do not fit my queen pillowtop. They keep popping off because of this. For the price, they could be more generous with the amount of fabric. I hardly use them.
$226=50 days of use-BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I spent $226 on the midnight moth duvet cover and after only 50 days and 2 gentle washes it has two holes and the embroidery is fraying in countless spots. At that price point you really expect quality product and at the very least quality customer service. Sin In Linen has neither, the Sin in their linens is the high price tag and shoddy construction. When I reached out to customer service they offered me 10% refund, such an insult. I had to charge back with my bank. Save your hard earned coins and do not buy from this company.
NOT worth it
I reached out to ask for partial shipping, which they agreed to and helped me with but overall I was disappointed by what I got. For such expensive sheets, I didn’t like to see the threads so loose. After only a few nights they’d already began to loosen and fray, and the sheets pick up quite a good amount of cat hair! Cute, but definitely not worth the money.
Horrible Misleading Company
I was so excited to finally make a purchase from Sin In Linen after years of admiring their products, and now I'm sad to say that I will never buy anything from them again and will spread how horrible my experience has been. In the FAQ, it is stated that there are no return fees. I received my items, and the print was beautiful, but the fit was horrible, so I immediately put them back in the package and reached out to customer service to return them. To my surprise, I was told that they would not provide a shipping label and that I had to cover the cost of shipping the items back. When I asked about the "no return costs" stated on their website, they told me that only applies to defective items. This is stated nowhere on their website. I bit the bullet and returned my items, in perfect condition, and was told that I would not be refunded the full amount because they don't refund shipping costs. NONE OF THIS IS STATED ANYWHERE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE! I will be disputing the charge and taking legal action. The owner should be ashamed to run a business like this. I thought I was supporting a small business and buying quality items, but now I have to wonder about their shady business practices and if it's actually a scam.

The seller blatantly lies about the return policy and refused to send me a return label. This is copy pasted from their website:
"If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customercare/@sininlinen.com within 30 days of purchase to begin processing. No fuss, stress, or return costs - we want to make it right." No they don't! I contacted the seller to request a return and she responded quickly with the return address but no label attached. I asked for a return label and she said they don't do that except for damaged or defective items, which is CLEARLY not what their return policy states. Went back and forth some more and now I'm over them and contesting the charges.

Have purchased them before and loved the products. Last year bought two more sets and a duvet. The quality of the sheets are better at Kmart! I have sheets at least 3 years old that are fine. Yet this last lot of two different designs are already pilled. After 3 washes. I tried to contact them 3 times via customer service and was ignored. Finally answered and told it’s more than 30 days so can’t do anything but here’s 15% off your next order????

Placed an order in early December for Christmas. I was under the impression that my order would arrive by Christmas. I have contacted customer service 3 times since the middle of December and each time the ship date gets pushed back by a month. I’m now being told my order won’t ship until late March-mid April. I’ve now requested a cancellation and refund, and hopefully I won’t have any problems. I would never order from this company again. I honestly don’t think they are legit.
