I have sent numerous emails re returning my order but have not had a reply. Sadly after reading reviews I realise that this company is not what it seems. Please do not order from them

I purchased a few goods from this company, i didn't wait long for my order to be delivered, but I was aghast when I opened the package. The goods i ordered did not come but a load of items that blue 'STUFF' had spilt out into the bag plus most of the language was in Chinese.
I first noticed something wrong when I looked at my bank statement and found that instead of charging me around £20-£30 pound, they actually took over £100 pounds. I did email them about this, i got a reply saying to wait for the goods to arrive, which I duly did. On receiving the package, I sent two more emails, I never got a reply nor a refund

Took my money, never received goods,then website disappeared so no way of contacting them.
DO NOT USE!

Item never arrived and on checking the website has been taken down.

Avoid this company at all costs! Purchased product which never arrived, there is no customer service only and email address. Eventually they offered a refund or a replacement, I replied a few moments after the email was delivered, but my response bounced back and their website had disappeared. £30 I will never see again!

Purchased an eu double when they never had stock. On my tenth email and still no refund. Customer service is soooo bad I am wondering if it is actually a scam - I really hope not as I cannot afford to lose the money. Site looks legit though. Can’t obviously review their product as never received.

Customer service was ok, got my money back as the puffy lux mattress was no where near as soft as I wanted it. I’m a side sleeper mostly and it’s feels so hard and gives me pain in my side after lying like that for a while, not for me at all. This mattress is more medium to firm, noting luxurious about it, also I get soooo hot now it’s horrible!

My experience with Puffy has been beyond disappointing. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I ordered a $3,000 mattress in July, got a shipping confirmation that my mattress was arriving less than 2 weeks later so I got rid of my old one. I never received my mattress (shipping confirmation said it was delivered in Colorado, while I live in LA) and I had to sleep on a couch for a week.

The customer service was unresponsive by phone, email, and chat. I tried every means possible; I tweeted them, instagrammed them, and even messaged their CEO and head of customer service on Linkedin. I finally got a response that my mattress was never shipped and would be sent soon. A few days later (after waiting 3 weeks+), a person from customer service emails me that I am lucky to be getting my specific mattress because they are sold out and I got the last one.

I finally receive the mattress in a beat up, torn box. Once I open the box, the mattress is wrapped in plastic but I notice stains on it. After a day, I look at the mattress and notice that the shape is uneven. The mattress also has a horrible chemical smell; I waited a week to sleep on it and it still stinks. It rose much more in the middle than on sides. I email their customer service and am told I will hear back within 2/3 days. Weeks go by and I don’t hear back after multiple follow ups so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I truly believe that this is a scamming company. They have THOUSANDS of good reviews that pushed me to purchase, but I cant believe any of them are real. When I left a bad review on their website, it was instantly deleted. Then I posted the same review but gave them 5 stars and my review stayed until they saw what I wrote and took it down.

Now its been 4 months and they have ignored my credit card companies attempts to mediate and are completely unresponsive. STAY AWAY FROM PUFFY! You will regret a purchase from them!
