To be very honest, for embroidery machines, sewing machines and knitting machines, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and the process and timing being delivered in France took just 3 days. Letters take longer than that..

Ordered a machine foot control which was soon emailed as shipped, waited a week and it still hadn't arrived. Checked site and it was marked as out of stock, when I queried this I was told that ' currently with our Royal Mail system we need to print a shipping label (which sends you confirmation your order is shipped) to prevent causing a backlog with our orders'. ridiculous! Asked for a refund which I received today 2 weeks after requesting it, 3 weeks after ordering. Never known any company with these stupid policies where you have to wait weeks to be refunded for an out of stock item. Slow replies, none over the weekend. A company in desperate need of modernisation.

Found what I needed with no problem all straight forward

Heavy duty sewing machine at a great price. I looked on Argos first but they were selling it at £100 more. It pays to buy direct. I got free next day delivery which makes it even nicer.

You are the only company where I found the missing piece from my wife's 1923 Singer (which I brought from England in 2019). Unfortunately, my wife passed away recently, but I will keep the machine in her memory. The price is O.K. and it was easy to order and pay. Thank you.

I called Singer Machines Ltd with a couple of questions before making a sewing machine purchase on their website. I had a very helpful conversation with a member of staff which reassured me about my choice and also gave me further useful information. So nice to talk to a willing, friendly, helpful person rather than an answering machine! I'll shop with them again.
