Very good experience

Misleading stock information and poor communication

At first, I was happy to see that SimRacerZone apparently had the new KS Wheel and SRP2 pedals in stock, so I ordered there.

After that, nothing happened for several days. The website chat did not work, and I had to follow up by email multiple times before getting a proper response.

I was then told to wait again. To be fair, part of the order was eventually shipped by express, which I appreciate. The wheelbase and wheel arrived.

However, the pedals still have not shipped. What bothers me most is that the pedals were shown as available, even with “only 1 left in stock”. That creates pressure to buy quickly, even though the item apparently was not actually in stock.

Overall: poor communication, misleading stock information, and still an incomplete order.

The perfect shopping experience

I was looking for a specific wheel (Moza CS Pro) and luckily it was the last online shop with it in stock, and it was the normal price. Fast email reply. Fast shipping to France. Fast french guy simracing. What else? ;-)

Nicht Perfekt aber okay

Ich möchte betonen das was nun folgt ist meine Meinung.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich enttäuscht Mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Du musst fragen was wie wo mit deiner Bestellung ist... In meinem Augen gehört so etwas zum Kundenservice dazu...

Aber fangen wir vorne an.

15. Januar ich bestelle mir das Moza ks pro wheel. Lieferung Februar.

Februar nix nicht mal eine E-Mail seitens Simracerzone so dass ich tatsächlich ins zweifeln gekommen bin ob ich es jemals bekomme oder betrogen wurde.
Ich eine Mail geschrieben an den Support
2Tage später (komplett in Ordnung) eine Antwort ,lieferprobleme Produktionsprobleme etc seitens moza man vertröstete mich um einen Monat und nochmal um einen Monat, aber nur weil ich hartnäckig gefragt habe.

Eine Mail wurde aber ignoriert nämlich ob man auf Grund der langen Wartezeit mir entgegen kommen kann... Darauf warte ich noch lange denke ich.....

Abschließend Produkte gut Kundenservice naja ausbaufähig (aber überall so)
Antworten waren steht's sehr freundlich und höflich.

Deswegen 3 Sterne

Super Erfahrung und sehr netter Kontakt!

Sehr guter und freundlicher Händler. Trotz Lieferverzögerungen seitens des Herstellers , die nicht in der Macht von simracerzone.com lagen, stets ein hervorragender und sehr freundlicher Kontakt.
Nachdem endlich die Ware vom Hersteller ankam, wurde das Paket sogar per DHL Express von simracerzone.com zu mir geschickt und war blitzschnell da.

Vielen Dank nochmal für die super Abwicklung. Sehr gerne wieder 🤗

No communication

Pre-orderd the moza ks pro steering wheel at this website. The website says that the order will be shipped mid-april. I asked manny times for updates about the shipping. The chat funtion was good until it says that the chat does not work so i send a e-mail, still no answer to my e-mail. Sombody from simracerzone that can help me? Can i still get my money back or getting the steering wheel?

Update: i have recieved my money, thank you!

Too long delivery

I placed an order at two sim-racing stores at the same time, and delivery from the first store took just a day and a half, while delivery from the second took nearly three weeks. Both stores are located right next to each other. Naturally, I won’t be ordering anything from the second store again.

Achat du bundle alpha evo sport avec le GT Neo

J’ai acheté le GT NEO avec l’alpha evo sport, provenant de Bulgarie jusqu’en France en un peu plus de 1 semaine, je trouve ça assez rapide. Je m’inquiétais de n’avoir aucune nouvelle, j’ai donc décider d’envoyer un message, j’ai eu une réponse assez rapide. Vous pouvez foncez c’est un site peu connu mais très fiable

No Serbia delivery

While it did allow me to register with my Serbian address, It wouldn't let me purchase so I had to pay a German tax + resell to a German warehouse, pay additional resell amount to send to Serbia, and will pay the tax again once received. Which made my experience not the best. Why is Serbia not in the list of countries that I can deliver to?!

Your order has been placed with both a delivery and billing address in Germany, we simply don't offer shipping to Serbia as at the moment its not part of our selling markets.

As specified in our shipping policy, as well as all our product pages, shipments outside of the European Union are subject to taxes and duties that we as a business are not responsible for and are the direct responsibility of the receiver to handle both the charges and the customs clearing process, whether they do it themselves our through an agent.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, though as mentioned prior and as mentioned in all our policies we are not responsible for the export of items the customer decides to export on their own :)
