Ranjana at Simply Maldives did a great job of finding somewhere that matched our requirements. She was very thoughtful and helpful in her recommendations, finding us a resort that was perfect for us. I had tried using ChatGPT to find the right place, but the information provided by AI was often confusing and sometimes plain wrong. Turns out a real life travel agent is still much better. We would definitely recommend Simply Maldives and would use them again without any hesitation.

We chose Simply Maldives when booking our 1st trip to the Maldives as we were keen to make our anniversary trip special and were not disappointed. From the initial email we felt comfortable and confident in the advice and guidance we received from Ranjana and booked the resort and villa based on Ranjana’s recommendation. Having recently returned from Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa I can confidently say our expectations met and exceeded all we hoped for, so much so we are already talking about returning.
Without Ranjana we wouldn’t have booked this resort as we thought we wanted something else, we are so glad we did. Thank you Ranjana for being a special part in our 25th wedding anniversary planning and celebrations.

Simply Maldives suggested the perfect holiday for us and provided excellent communication throughout. We went to Jawakara which was outstanding and provided everything we could have wanted - wonderful villas, restaurants, staff, marine life etc.

With so many islands to choose from, where do you start? Amit was so helpful to help us pick the perfect island for us, he gave us lots of information and time to decide. Normally, I would arrange my own travel and accommodation, but Simply Maldives changed my mind. Not only did they give me advice that was spot on, but they also delivered excellent customer service. Our stay in the Maldives was outstanding, and undoubtedly this was in no small way down to Amit and the fact he listened to what we wanted to get from our stay. We will 100% use them again when we book our next trip.

The resort was superb, food first class. Great for snorkelling. The beach villa was lovely with plenty of shade. We would not hesitate to go again.

Wow, wow, what an absolutely pleasure it was dealing with Amit. We travel a lot as a family and have noticed over the last few year that customer relations have gone out of the window, but not here it did. Answers emails promptly even out of hours, goes above and beyond, checked in on us to make sure everything is ok and even asked us after we got back if it was all ok. Jan and I have booked holidays in the Maldives with Simply Maldives on two occasions now. The first time in 2016 when we stayed at two resorts over 20 days. For that booking we dealt with Kalpna. On this occasion we were living in NZ. After some research we still found that booking with Simply Maldives was by far our best option even while living in NZ. On this occasion we fully expected we had to book our own flights from NZ. For this trip we dealt with mainly Ranjana, however we also spoke with Amit, who was equally as helpful. We stayed at two resorts over 20 days again. As before we found the expertise, advice and bookings to be second to none. We knew where we wanted to go, but still found the experienced advice from everyone at Simply Maldives so helpful. Everything was taken care of leaving us with no worries that something might had been overlooked. We thoroughly recommend booking your Maldivian holiday with the great team at Simply Maldives. You would be simply crazy not to.
