Great seller I received exactly what I order

Really good quality mirror. My wife wanted it as hadn’t seen this design anywhere else and it’s absolutely beautiful! James the delivery chap was awesome too and very helpful.

Goods were meant to be delivered 5-10 days! Came 8 weeks later and the dressing table has a massive crack. Sent the video of how the good were handled. Normally they unbox the goods and check them ! This time round the courier left at the front door dragging the goods . I have asked for a full refund and have now been blocked off WhatsApp and ignored through emails . So disappointed as I have used them before and have been good . All I want is my money back . I would upload the video of the courier turning the box upside and dropping it ! Surprised the glass never cracked which I think it must of been damaged before the courier. No one wants to get back so now I have to go down consumer right act . I can’t seem to reply your response! Do not make as though it was a good will gesture ! I had to message you on all platforms and post the pictures you blocked me on every social media and I got proof and I do not want your discount! I have proof of how your courier handled goods and you have never ever sent me the photos of the back of the dressing table ! You only sent the front and side ! I asked you for photos of the back and you refused to send. And what a coincidence that this last courier never checked the goods ! Yet in your policy it clearly states goods have to be checked on day . They were dragged along the path and slammed ! Then left at the door. I have reached out to Klarna for help with this ! Take your dressing table I want all my money

Absolutely in love with the mirror I’ve just received. It’s absolutely stunning and well worth the money. I’ve never seen such high quality compared to the mirrors in high street stores! 100% would recommend, thank you.

One star is too much. Do not get involved with this business, assuming it is actually a business.
Took money on June 5 for delivery in 10 to 14 days. Still waiting on any positive news regarding delivery or refund, which I have requested on a number of occasions. All communication via email and WhatsApp are totally inept, initiated by me.
Now in the hands of my credit card company.
Now resolved, after 12 weeks with no input from simply home. Do not be fooled by other reviews. They are SIMPLY THE WORST!

Order was not refunded. Had to get refund through my credit card provider.

Purchased mirror set and there was some miscommunications regarding returns - however , had a conversation with James (owner) to resolve this and due to the time delays resolving this I was offered the option to keep the mirrors and have half the money refunded back as a gesture of good will - to which this was done immediately.
It was reassuring that even though there was miscommunication/ delays that this was resolved .

Excellent service from start to finish I was texted a discount code which was amazing! The mirror arrived in perfect condition had so many issues with mirrors arriving broken from elsewhere before. The delivery was prompt kept me updated all round excellent service would highly recommend

Two wonderful gentlemen delivered my orderly promptly and with care..
I must admit it was a little delayed -but I was kept up to date as to reason and when I would received my order.

I ordered 3 large beautiful mirrors from Simply Home UK. Delivery was prompt by Jim and his colleague who were still going strong at the end of a long day (9pm) Communication was very good all round with updates on delivery times etc. I would happily recommend.

Received Dressing table,was not happy with the middle draw as I took photos and sent it to their WhatsApp.But had no reply from James or any response to my concern on two occasions,no after care as they received money in good faith.Will not be using them again

Really love my new dressing table. The delivery men were brilliant making sure we knew how to instal the door knobs so they tighten properly. They also changed the delivery date for me, with no problems. Highly recommend the team ant Simply Homes.

Amazing furniture I’m really pleased with my fire place and two sets of coffee tables. On delivery items were packaged very well and delivery drivers unpacked items, there were two delivery drivers who were caring, helpful and professional. Thank you once again.

This is the 3rd item I have received from this company so im obviously pleased to be a returning customer. the furniture looks beautiful in my bedroom. On this occasion I must thank James (Jim) the delivery driver. Although he had been let down by a colleague he continued with the deliveries by himself 5 ⭐ service as he didnt want to let customers down. And the chest of drawers I had delivered was heavy.

I’m so happy with my mirrors, they are stunning, the delivery guys were so friendly and helpful, they checked the mirrors and they were all good, would recommend even though they are pricey but good quality.
