Responded quickly and appropriately to my emails. They kindly changed the dates on my policy when I had to unexpectedly postpone my holiday, no charges added. Policy was comprehensive and clear.

No sales pitch
Having already brought our excess cover made getting the car so much easier as we didn't have the pressure sales from the car hire representative to buy theirs's. A helpful tip have a printed copy of your insurance to show them.

I can only comment on the purchase of the policy and what it covers.
To purchase the policy was very easy and straightforward for someone with my limited ability.
The cover looks great for the cost of the policy, however the proof in the pudding comes if unfortunately you have to make a claim.

Easy to apply and competitive price for annual hire car excess policy. Hopefully I won't need to go through the claims process.
