Scam website, they offer free recipees to try through 3rd parties and to pay posting fees only. Then suddenly, they start charging monthly subscription payments over £12 a month without asking the customers if they want to subscribe or not.

Very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the spice kits were and how easy it was to make a delicious meal.
Would highly recommend!

These just makes my life so much easier. Have been using these for years now and they accommodate my husbands needs of Vegetarian and coeliac . Cannot recommend enough.

They keep raising prices.
Have increased several times over the past year.
It's getting to the point where its not good value.
£11 for a few pots of spices and herbs is not good.
The actual product is good although salt and sugar levels arent ideal in some of the recipes.

In general a good set-up ; on top of that, a very swift and satisfactory reply to my request for an extra break in service, as we will be away for most of the coming months.

No food just sauces don’t be fooled by the photos of food as I was.
Threw it in the trash a box of small sauces only.
I searched everywhere for what I thought was a missing box of potatoes, mushrooms etc.
What a scam!

Reading all these reviews about scam payments/free boxes, firstly you are notified at the beginning of what the postage is for a FREE box, you are only getting the box/item free, and posties/couriers still need to be paid, Simply Cook have to pay for their deliveries so need to pass on the cost! Now for my review, I have ordered on and off for around 7-8 years, I have never any issues, I find ordering and cancellations fairly straight forward, the only thing that annoys me is sometimes the lids are difficult to peel back, but it is minor. I always set a reminder before my next box is due to select the receipes I want, it isn't that hard! As a single person, I use receipes that I can batch cook and there is still a wide variety to chose from, just because I live on my own doesn't mean I have to eat the same old food. I love simply cook, because it helps to make my life easier and less stressy when it comes to food, I also love cooking

Receipes were meant to be free,but I was charged. I live in Australia and they don't even deliver here.

I have used Simply Cook for many years now. I love the variety of meals, easy to order and they arrive quickly. You get the step by step quide to make the meals. They are all very simple to make and taste fantastic. I prefer Simply Cook as I can make the meals when I want and dont feel under pressure to make them there and then like some companies do when they send you the fresh ingredients. I highly recommend Simply Cook. You won't be disappointed. Happy Cooking.

Fantastic recipes and great customer service. Very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend! This was a fantastic introduction to cooking, especially as I now have a toddler to feed!

Cheeky company. They don’t send emails when you’re due a delivery, so I got sent an unwanted delivery with recipes I hadn’t chosen. It’s obviously intentional as they probably know nobody would pay £9.99 for a couple of spices!

The meals that I've had all taste great!
Its not something I can always afford or sometimes I can't be bothered to cook but the flexible subscription model makes it easy to manage/change when my box comes.
The app is easy to use and manage my next delivery on and paper recipes come with each box.
I'm very impressed by this company and it's brought back a love for cooking that I had lost a long time ago

Super company to deal with, very helpful when contacted via email, nothing is tolo much trouble for them to help with. Makes meal prep really easy, quick and so flexible to change ingredients, they're really essential store cupboard items. Ideal for when you haven't got time to start cooking a tasty meal from scratch. Ticks all the boxes for me.

I dip in and out of Simply Cook, but by and large I love what they do.
Got to rave about their customer service though. They do really go above and beyond to support you
