I kept getting there mailed advertisements. Finally, I filled out the form online with the approval number provided. Sadly, they do not loan, they are debt consolidation. They use the loan ad the pull you in.

The representative that I spoke with was excellent, he understood my need and was trying his hardest to assist me with my needs,(Kevin).hes a winner

I recieved a solicitation letter in the mail regarding personal loan. Once I applied, I was asked questions regarding how I got into my debt issues that I found to be too personal/unnecessary. Instead of a personal loan, I was offered a debt consolidation option. When I shared was not interested in this option, I was then told gaslighting statements and talked over when trying to share why I was no longer interested. Did not appreciate being talked down to.

Was solicited via US mail by this outfit. The offer was a minimum of $30K at 5.99% to consolidate debt with alleged great terms. I called, provided my information and was told 'No can do for you' because of Debt to ratio. My credit is stellar perfect with a fantastic FICO score. Payment history is EXCELLENT and they attempt to walk me into a high interest, (bait and Switch as I know it) loan. I terminated the call and sent an email advising they refrain from calling, texting, emailing and polluting
my mailbox with their garbage solicitations. Despite my advisement I get a call from the Irvine, California offices and the person is talking over me as if I am some idiot. I do not allow anyone to talk over me especially when they are attempting to snooker me.

A bait and switch tactic by this company. Sends me a text message asking me to call.
I did spoke to a female on the phone she stated the purpose for the text message was regarding a personal loan offer.
She asked me about total debt and how much.
Also asked me to verify my name address and last four digit of my social security number then said she had all she needed and said she is now transferring me to underwriting.
My call was transferred and I. Received voice mail stated they are closed since it's a weekend.
I left a message . Four hours later I receive an email from an individual by the name of Patrick Blanchett stating I applied for their debt consolidation program.
I responded and stated "No I did not". And asked that I never to be contacted again.
Typical bait and switch tactic!
I did record this conversation with this female representative , so no denying what was discussed.
If theses people contact you, just RUN!

They sent me a letter stating that I was "pre-approved" for a personal loan but, after running a credit check, they told me that I do not qualify for a loan and instead wanted me to sign up for a debt relief/debt settlement program.

I have worked in customer service for over 25 years so I really appreciate good service. Erik H was very professional and knowledgeable with us. We feel he is an asset to this company.

I got a flyer that I had been pre-selected for a personal loan, i.e. $30K for $580 a month. I went ahead and applied and let them do the soft credit hit. Just found out that I was not approved and they offered me a debt consolidation plan instead through their other company called Rescue 1 Financial where I would pay them over $1K a month and they make deals with my creditors. The flyer I got in the mail was misleading; I was really hoping for a loan with low interest rates to consolidate credit cards. Be aware, what you get in the mail is not always what it seems. Tim got irritated when I stopped his sales spiel and said no thank you.

They set up a plan without adding all the debt and came up with a plan and told me the monthly cost. I wanted to see the documentation before I provided any payment details to ensure I was getting a good deal. I was sent an email saying they cancelled my information, due to me not providing payment info, well if you want any payment info or bank accounts, you should provide me with the documentation to see what I will be paying .

Seems kind of sketchy to me. The guys name was Eric.

The person talked to was nice and knowledgeable.

So far they've taken on all my credit card debt and personal loan. So since it's just at the beginning I will come back and review later.

Everything in life has purpose and meaning! I began in July 2024 to work with someone in S.P.. Shortly thereafter I became ill. Months later trying to restep my activities I stumbled upon Gina S. Gina's professionalism, kindness, knowledge and compassion, resulted in no time I was back on track! My gratitude for her assistance, and this agency for having such an amazing employee! Sometimes things do happen for a reason! I am now hopeful and reassured that in time things will be better! Thank you!

I’m unable to write much because I’m in the beginning stage. I haven’t had my first negotiation yet. But it does seem like a good program to have. After three or four months I will revisit this and speak on my experience
