Avoid this company at all costs!
Professional and friendly. Did the work to a high standard, cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend them. Vishal was fantastic and helped throughout the process.
Update June 2026 - as per the inspectors recommendations I have been chasing Vishal to come and fix issues that require urgent attention but despite being told that they will come and fix the issues no one has come back, it has been 6 months now! My email and phone calls have been ignored. This is not acceptable and I would not recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs; it’s trading in the name of a government initiative and run by children
Very unprofessional from start to finish… though thank goodness they didn’t get as far as my house, I ended the conversation thry were so bad… there is not enough time to say how bad this company are… wasted 2 months of my time and even then I had to chase them for updates
Apparently I have to fully renovate my property before they’ll come in and tare it down again! Forget that! Loft insulation? A jok, best buy it yourself
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

Hi Lynn,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our team follows strict government guidelines under the ECO4 and GBIS schemes, which often require certain property conditions to be met before any funded work can safely take place. We understand how this can feel frustrating, especially if it delays your installation, but these standards are in place to protect both your home and the quality of the work.
We’d really like to review your case and see if there’s anything further we can do to assist. Please reach out to our support team at 0121 707 8369 (Option 1) or email contactus@simplegreenenergy.org

Hello Lalit,
First I am sorry for the long delaye for this review. I thought I have submitted but unforunately not. Now I am doing this one.
I recently had insulation work completed on 5 June 2025 by Simple Green Energy, and I am very happy with the entire experience. The team was professional, punctual, and explained the process clearly before starting the job. The installation was done efficiently with minimal disruption to our home, and they left the place clean and tidy afterward.
I’ve already noticed a difference in how warm the house feels and am expecting improved energy efficiency going forward. The customer service was excellent — they kept me updated at every step of the process. I would highly recommend Simple Green Energy to anyone looking for reliable and quality insulation services."
Thanks
Suraj
