I received an empty box. I have sent a few emails but have not heard back. It has only been two days so hopefully customer service will respond and resolve this matter.

Customer service made it right and immediately sent me another order which I received and am very happy with.

It's pretty easy to see what SGP is rocking... Quality products at discount prices... No need for the local head shops that have been jacking prices on crap product forever... Bad Ass SGP

Fast shipping 4 days to door across the country and good product.

Excellent product. Well crafted from quality materials.

Only glass store I'll ever purchase from!

Crafted perfectly, cool design and fast shipping. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

To start with, the website is extremely user friendly! The pricing is the Very best I've found, considering the top quality product that I have been receiving! The free shipping for standard ground USPS has actually been hitting my rural mailbox on the third day from placing the order! And top quality products is gonna make Me a permanent customer!

Excellent quality pipes. Definitely recommend these. Will be purchasing more. Thanks

These were both good glass quality, thicker, harder to break. I liked how the bubble has a flat part at the bottom so you can set it down without worrying about it turning over and spilling out.
The hole is kinda tiny, but it works. Its cool to watch things melt into it after you load the funnel. All in all very satisfied. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Thought it might be a scam with wrong order sent but these hours are great. They sent out replacements free of charge and I didn't expect at all that I would get my product. Rightfully I fixed my review, and the product is in fact phenomenal and as it should be. Would buy again without hesitation, thank you customer service, very ez to deal with, and they got me fixed up right away.

the easy loader glass oil burner would be great, except it is almost impossible to load because the hole at the bottom of the little funnel thingee(the hole where you load) is soo small you cant get a crumb through it!!! i tried to make the hole bigger but had no luck! Bummer!

ordered a couple bowls for my bong 14 mm male.only took 4 days maybe to get up here to alaska packaged with care I definitely will be shopping with simple glass from now on

The quality of the glass was very good. It impressed me especially for the price. Fast shipping

Extremely fast shipping! Great selection with amazing prices! Free shipping is the best! Hands down best site I've visited for glass so far!! Love it!!

The prices were great. Delivery time was much faster than I expected. Didn’t pay for expedient service, but was delivered as though I did! Great service guys along with great product. VG NY

I ordered an oil burner water piece connector. It hasn’t gotten here yet, BUT with ALL the positive reviews and hype, I got more to expect my order to be. Strong, durable, and actually pyrex! I’m sooo excited! I know, it’s just a 18mm oil burner piece connector, but it’s the small things in life that count!👍🏼💯SGP

Awesome selection. Had exactly what I was looking for.
