Excellent product with equally excellent after sales

This firm doesn't answer new enquiry calls, can only imagine same if need support. Gone elsewhere

Very pleased with the product
And the delivery service

Amazing product, very easy assemble and looks great for my client.
Customer service was great and even rang to talk through my order before sending. Would recommend

Good product, good support, good delivery, fair price - quite happy.

Excellent service & excellent fencing (Scalloped picket fencing).
Highly recommended.

Super company. Helped me out with a big problem that needed solving.
Much appreciated the service and quick delivery

Happy with the fence itself, relatively easy to install and looks good. Website itself needs improving as the ordering process on the website is neither clear nor easy. I had to call company for help with ordering (which I see from other customer reviews is a common issue). Other than that, and the hefty £75 delivery charge), no complaints and would recommend.

Very helpful with the ordering process. When I asked questions they came back quickly. We did feel the posts are overly long but the quality of everything is very good. Delivery was sooner than expected.

Great value product with good delivery times - could use better instructions of fitting the gate though.

The delivery driver gave me many tips on how to Install the fencing and it helped tremendously.
The finished job looks great!

I couldn't work out how to order what I wanted on the website so I contacted customer services and Vitali helped me , step by step, to order the correct items. He was brilliant.
Fencing arrived promptly and looks great.

items shipped quickly and efficiently and were as described

This company handled telephone queries with expertise and this resulted in placing an order. Delivery was exceptional and as promised. Items were well packaged and delivered overnight. The product is of excellent quality. Installation instructions helped with the construction. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, staff and product.

extremely helpful staff, talked me through what I needed & how to order on website. Arrived in 2 days - amazing !!

What a difference it made to front garden with drive and small gates to match

Really good quality

Our relationship with this fencing company began three years ago when we decided to replace our tired front picket fence. The outcome was so brilliant that we returned a year later to completely revamp our back garden's old wooden trellis.

Two years on, I am absolutely thrilled to say the service provided by this company is second to none. Our fences continue to draw admiration and look as splendid as the day they were installed, thanks to a simple annual jet wash.

The team's professionalism, friendliness, and expertise made the entire process a breeze. Their advice was spot-on, communication prompt, and attention to detail meticulous, which is evident in the superior quality of the fences.

The end result is not just a stunning and durable fence but an enhancement to the overall charm of our property. The high praise received from neighbours and passersby is a testament to the team's exceptional work.

If you're looking for top-quality fencing solutions paired with unrivalled service, look no further. This company comes highly recommended!

Poor quality product. We bought the picket fence and made a huge costly mistake. Not only that the website is extreme confusing to place an order as with each panel you need to select a post required, this makes the ordering process very confusing. Why not sell the panels and posts separately? The tops for the picket panels brake easily and are very flimsy which you need to glue onto each picket. The fence pickets attract a lot of dirt especially when it rains as the rain water splashes against it and sticks all the dirt. Overall decent looking fence which always looks grubby.
