So I went through the prescription verification process ordered my contacts and then they charged me. Within a few of minutes of them taking my money they told me they could not get my contacts.. well, why was that brand on the site then??!!
Then they told me I would not have my refund for 10 days. With the amount of time it took them to tell me they were not available, you'd think they could check that BEFORE taking my money and holding it hostage for 10 days. VERY UPSET.

This company has the worst customer service you can imagine. They need to train their employees to respect customers. I was literally threatened by email from one of their reps. If management is reading this they should email me and I will provide the transcript.

This company is a scam!!! Both Simple Contacts and Simple Health Birth Control are the same scam company!! The same exact thing those reviewers said happened to me too. The first order is fine, but they cut off your refills. That is their scam tactic. They charge your credit card saying you get a whole year of supply but they will not send you any refills. They don't have a phone number they only text. They never reply to emails. They reply to texts every 3 or 4 days, so you are always waiting and when they text you they just copy and paste their generic replies and give you excuses as to why they can't send you the subscription YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. You also cannot delete your credit card information on their website. They have your information forever. Do not give your credit card information to SimpleContacts or SimpleHealth. Someone please report this scam company to the police or something.

Same thing happened to me... The first order was fine then when I reordered I never received my contacts. Do not order from this company!

I believe this company is a scam!!! The only form of communication that they use is by text message. My order was delayed and then when I finally received my order the contacts were trash!! I have used the same brand for years and how all of a sudden the contacts no longer work in my favor! They were extremely blurry and drying! I would not recommend this company at all!

Pretty sure this company is a scam. They text instead of calling. They keep coming up with reasons why they have to stall on the contact order however they’ve already taken my money. I’ve texted back and forth with Ross and tried to call but when I called (3 times) was sent to this weird robo voice that said the line was disconnected or something. I have texted Ross back and no answer. At this point I’m asking for my money back and they aren’t answering it’s like the biggest RED FLAG ever!

So, everything happened as promised the first time through, however, it appears the ole “bait and switch” happened when I tried to re-order. Prices increased by about $15.00 per box even though I enrolled in “subscribe and save”. 😒

Meh. I went through all the steps excited to get my rx renewed without appt. Went ok, had to redo the video exams and eye test quite a few times (once I had a "slight" delay in covering my eye with my hand. Jeez) But I get all that. Finally it's all accepted, rep says doctor will look it over within 24 and then they will ship out. Well...a week later I haven't heard anything. Not a peep. Then I contact them back...like "Hey, remember me? I wanted contacts...". Rep responds with apology for the delay! I'll overnight them! Okay...what the heck happened in that week, did they just forget about me? Well they said they're shipping out, expect tracking data very soon within day, almost end of day, still nothing. My order still says it's "under review". Getting pretty upset. As a nurse, I can't imagine treating a patient like this.

Very pleased with the service and products from Simply Contacts. Customer service and communication are excellent, the prices are better than most online contact services and shipping was pretty quick. Also, this company has a mission statement and values that are actually practiced. I have recommended this site to family, friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so.
