J’ai commandé un article coûteux sur le site de Simons le 5 novembre 2025.
Ce cadeau était destiné à un ami pour son anniversaire, et j’ai passé la commande trois semaines avant la date prévue, afin d’être certaine de le recevoir à temps.

L’argent a été prélevé immédiatement, mais je n’ai jamais reçu le produit.

J’ai contacté le service à la clientèle pour la première fois le 16 novembre 2025.
Le 19 novembre, on m’a répondu que mon colis serait expédié « sous peu » et on m’a fourni un numéro de suivi Postes Canada.

Or, selon Postes Canada, ce numéro indique toujours :
« Une étiquette d’expédition a été créée – 2025-11-19 »,
et rien d’autre. Aucun envoi, aucun mouvement, aucune mise à jour.

L’anniversaire de mon ami est maintenant passé depuis longtemps.

J’ai de nouveau écrit au service à la clientèle le 4 décembre, mais au 8 décembre 2025, je n’ai ni produit, ni remboursement, ni aucune perspective de résolution.

C’est une expérience extrêmement décevante, surtout pour une entreprise de la réputation de Simons.

No customer service. Have been having issues with their deliveries. Never received any acknowledgement or answer from their customer service despite several follow-ups. They don't value their customers or their business, so they won't be getting money again.

Shout out to Coolridge in the men's clothing part of the Eaton Center store. I asked for help and he worked with me to find options in my size and was extremely helpful!

I like the quality of their products. It's too expensive a little, but everything is now.

I went to return an item and the first question was did you buy it with klarna ?
I didn't make the purchase online myself so I said I didn't know.
Instead of giving me a full refund they went and return whatever amount on the original card it was purchased from.
I m American and THIS FOR SURE WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPENED IN THE US.
I find this way of dealing with refund a bit cheap but then... let's look around and look where I am !.
I ve spend thousands of dollars at simon but I know now that I WILL NEVER return to spend a dime over there.
Very dissapointed but there are many other stores out there to buy the same things for prob cheaper

Unfortunately I can't rate the product that I ordered online, since it never showed up, and Simon's is dragging their feet to send me a refund or another package. I've received one email saying they are investigating the issue and that it is the fault of the delivery company, as to why I haven't received my item (silk pillowcases). That was 5 days ago. It has been a month now, since I placed the order.

One star, for selection only. The last two times I have been there, two different locations, I have been standing in line waiting to pay, purchases both close to and over $100. Square One location in September, four people behind cash, one cashier working. Lineup of five people, took ten minutes for me to be rung through. Last week, Rideau Center location, three people behind cash, one cashier working. I am standing in line to pay, a man walks over and buds in front of me and the one attendant asks how she can help him , she leaves the desk and she proceeds to help him on the sales floor. Unless I am missing something, without us, your paying customers, there is no you. I have cancelled my account and have provided the reviews to the secret shopper company I work for. I will never shop in one of your stores again.

Customer service, buying shoes for my son ,I gave up and left ,they brought wrong size and didn't follow up so we just left

I shop occasionally at Simons, but find the lower priced clothing, not big enough and I’m not overweight. I have been watching crave and the Simons ad comes on. It is so incredibly annoying. These people flying all over the place and at the end you can’t even understand what it’s being said. Just had to voice my opinion.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

I called the Park Royal location Simons about a store pick up issue as the general customer service line told me that they cannot assist me.

I called the store directly to speak with the customer service agent. She told me that if I want to have someone else to pick the product up for me, all I need is forwarding the email to the person. I find her information conflicting with the official website as photo ID is required for store pick up according to official information.

Before I can ask for clarification (or event asking for her name in case any issue for her info), …. She CUT THE CALL without even saying “bye”!!!!

Wow!!!! This is a humiliating behaviour from any customer service. I am furious and told myself that after this purchase, I am not going back to Simons.

I was excited to go to the new Simon’s Eaton Centre store. What a disappointment. Way too much stock. It feels like a Winners. The clothes look cheap. And there is too much to wade through. And not well laid out. The volume is overwhelming. The lighting at the store is not good. Too much reflection. You can’t see a true colour in the fitting rooms. The lighting needs to be white light. The Yorkdale store has much better lighting and doesn’t feel as cramped. This store doesn’t know what it want to be. Staff are well trained and friendly. But this is not the Simon’s I knew six years ago in Quebec City. How disappointing. And why are the washrooms only on the third floor? The majority of shoppers are women. Women need washrooms. Overall I have to say my excitement at Simon’s opening at the Eaton Centre was crushed.
Update: I went back to the store again today. Same impression of the main floor women’s. Overwhelming with too much merchandise. Men’s 2nd floor much better laid out and airier. Third floor households very nice. Lighting everywhere still a problem. My eyes were burning after 20 minutes.

I had such a wonderful experience at Simon’s Five Stars thanks to Alexia. I had purchased a t-shirt, and after the company logo had already been printed, I realized I had been given the wrong size from another department. Alexia immediately stepped in with professionalism and kindness. She quickly reassured me that it wasn’t a problem and arranged for me to get the correct size without any stress on my end.

She was efficient, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Thank you, Alexia, for your excellent customer service—you turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

Great quality and reliable shipping options. Happy with all my Simons purchases.

First visit, hopeful to purchase from a unique Canadian store. Incredibly terrible quality material sub-par Chinese imports (viscose and rayon everywhere), cheaply made and shockingly high prices. Think Temu without the low prices. The only product of quality material found was cotton towels. Disappointing experience and won't return.

Les retours avec ce magasin deviennent merdiques. La marchandise qu'on reçoit est souvent brisée et/ou les vêtements ne font pas la grandeur supposée, et quand on retourne, Simons facture maintenant le retour même si on est membre privilège et que c'était supposé être un retour gratuit, sous prétexte qu'on a fait trop de retour de marchandise alors que c'est eux le problème en ne vérifiant pas par exemple qu'il manque un bouton à une chemise, etc.

Shady practices, such item should be sold at Winners for $70 or less

Brutal, I ordered the "Leopard print denim jort" in two different sizes. One a medium and one a large. Turns out they are both mediums. The large is labeled as a large but is actually a medium. Either that or there large which is suppose to be for a 41" hip won't go on 37" hip.... this sizing is crazy wrong

I am very impressed with the service, the product, and the price. I would order again from Simons.

Bought a jean dress, finally good weather so first time i put it on and it ripped!! Not even on a seam, simple for cheap material!! Im livid it was like 90$ n i bought to early in spring to wear it so now i dont have a recipte or am in the time frame to return it..that was my last straw never going back. Could of found the same quality of shien🤮.

I don't know what happened to Simons but it's gone downhill in terms of quality & customer service. For instance, I've ordered socks (one size fits all) and what Simons shipped to me were much too large. And receiving a refund takes far too long. Plus, the personnel aren't much help over the telephone nor in-store.
