The plumbing company is very reliable & offer an amazing service to their customers & very helpful too.
The only downside is that they don’t work weekends.

As usual excellent service, always on time, very efficent

Thought I had a couple of problems... but turned out not to be.
Sorted politely & efficiently.

Boiler Service- I find this company to be efficient, cost effective, punctual, friendly and always willing to help on the phone if i have a problem.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS I AM A PENSIONER AND A WOMAN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY SHOWER THAT THIS FIRM INSTALLED IT LOOKED AS THOUGH A PANEL HAD BEEN PUT IN UPSIDE DOWN AS THE PATTERN RAN THE OTHER WAY TO THE OTHER PANELS I CALLED MR ARCHER TO COME AND RESOLVE THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION AS HE INSISTED THE PANEL HAD BEEN PUT IN CORRECT I TRIED TO EMAIL HIS SUPPLIER BUT IT WAS A CLOSED SHOP TO ME PRESUMABLY AS I AM NOT A CUSTOMER USING THE PROUDUCTS THEY SUPPLY FROM DERALUM LAMINATES AND JC VENABLES AT CLACTON TILE CENTRE I FEEL THEY HAVE CLOSED RANKS ON THE CUSTOMER I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE ADVICE CENTRE AND IT HAS BEEN PASSED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS I HAVE HAD A LEAST 10 PEOPLE SAY THE PANEL IS IN UPSIDE DOWN 2 OF THESE PEOPLE WERE BATHROOM FITTERS THERE I SUGGEST MR ARCHER ADDS A NEW REPOTOIRE TO HIS HEATING AND PLUMBING BUSINESS THAT OF OPTICIAN AS OBVIOUSLY ALL THESE PEOPLE NEED AN EYE TEST BUT NOT MR ARCHER I ALSO FELT THE GOODS I PAID FOR WERE NOT ALL USED AGAIN IT WAS POINTLESS SAYING SO AS IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT THE ACTUAL PLUMBER WORKED VERY HARD AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT FOR HIM AS HE ONLY DONE HIS JOB WHICH HE WAS TOLD ANYWAY I AM POSTING PHOTOS OF MY SHOWER THAT COST £5100 AND WELCOME ANYONE THAT WISHES TO COME AND SEE THE WORK TO CONTACT ME

Phoned Simon archer Ltd, asking to come and price a new 1200 radiator and a date for the work to be, they said they will check to see if the supplier had a 1200 radiator, phoned back to say they have, arrived half an hr later, fitted and tested all with in an hr

Came home from holiday Easter bank holiday and we had no heating or hot water ! Simon called back and quickly sorted Chris to come over today. Chris diagnosed the issues straight away and even had the parts ready on the van. Chris completed the annual boiler service at the same time as fixing the breakdown. Once again, great service from the team at Simon Archer Ltd.

Had a problem with intermittent hot water over a week . Emailed Simon Archer for advice . Within an hour I was contacted back . My main concern was that the boiler was safe to use as there was no error code. I was told it was and later that afternoon an engineer came out and detected a fault , ordered the part. The following afternoon had a call to say they would be fitting the part the next day . And true to their word the engineer arrived on time ,fitted the part .
Have had no problems with this company and I would highly recommend them . Have used them for years .

We had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago and just had our yearly service. I would highly recommend. Competitive prices, very professional service and friendly company. Also always very helpful on the phone.
