Fantastic service
Fantastic service, had an issue with our boiler and we were without heating over the weekend. We were fitted in straight away and our heating was on again the same morning we contacted. Excellent work from the team, would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and reliable company.

Chris the engineer arrived in the pre advised time window and completed the job of Boiler Service.
I had emailed Simon about a problem with the kitchen sink and Chris kindly gave some free advice on how I can rectify this myself. This is a great quality in a trusted local company.
I wouldn't use anyone else!
Highly recommended.

Andrew, glad we could help. It's not always easy turning up at a job where other engineers have been and not returned.
Great heating engineers
Very impressed.
After using them to service my mother's boiler, I contacted them to sort out a heating/hot water issue which had resulted in a complete failure.
Several other companies had tried without success with one suggesting new boiler and another indicating about coming back in the Spring to dig up floorboards.
Fortunately Simon Archer Ltd came to the rescue by changing some pipework near the boiler, making other modifications and cleaning boiler/heat exchanger. The other companies weren't cowboys but simply just did not have the same level of expertise. Furthermore everything is working better than it ever has.
Communication is great with phone call and email plus a report on work.
Very pleased .

This company is fantastic with prices that make sense. They consistently show up within the scheduled window. They maintain a neat and organized workspace. The engineers are approachable and eager to assist, gladly addressing any inquiries. I wouldn't consider using a different service provider.

5* service, prompt and professional - as always. Simon provided a temporary fix to a heating problem on Christmas Eve and Chris came and replaced the faulty actuators today.

Excellent, nothing was too much trouble for Chris, even to calling out Cadent out when he recognised a problem with the gas supply.
I would firmly recommend Simon Archer Ltd for plumbing jobs.

Thanks for the lovely review, Chris does his best. Cadents response helped us all with this one. We are finding quite at lot of gas supply issues locally at the moment and to be fair to them they responded pretty quickly once notified so it only extended the timeframe a little.

Boiler annual service
Never a problem dealing with this company. They installed my boiler & central heating system in 2014 and Chris the engineer has carried out every annual service since then, always a pleasure to see him, always arrives on time, clean tidy worker. Very competitive prices. Would thoroughly recommend this business.
