Responsive and helpful
Only one thing went wrong and that is that on the website it says it will be shipped within 24 hours. But it took 3 days before I got the tracking details.
Otherwise emails were responded to, Great prices, overall good experience.
Remember if shipping to the UK: The plug socket on the product will have European cables so you will need an adapter to plug into a UK socket.
Was worried when I first bought it because of the lack of trust pilot reviews so I made this to make sure everyone know how great everything went!

It was a pleasure dealing with Lukasz. He put together a really good deal for me on the equipment I wanted to purchase. He was also able to source a steering wheel, which was out of stock because of black Friday back orders, from another supplier in order for me to have it for my son before Christmas. Even though I have to pay import duties into the U.K. it still works out way cheaper to purchase through simline. Will definitely use simline for all my equipment from now on.

I was wrong to worry!
I found Simline when I searched for the Simagic Alpha Evo PRO and it was the cheapest store. I was skeptical about it so I searched for Simline on Google and people wrote very good things.
I ordered and they shipped very fast. I used to buy stuff from another shop I won't mention here (also good), but from now on Simline is my first choice because they are cheaper and have awesome service.
