Was friendly, clean and diligent, marking out a potential fire risk hazard on the old electrical box and working hard to fit a full replacement in the same day :)

Great job, completed quickly and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say but BRILLIANT.

From start to finish, the family run business were brilliant. Polite, respectful, not pushy. A breath of fresh air from trades people. Mark was brilliant at taking the design and requirements, to his wife sending me the emails and proposal to Dan (Dean!! 😄) who did the electrical work and how on earth Dave managed to put the panels up in record time, and managed to get a 75kg battery into the loft with the inverter. They were so respectful, didn't waste any time in hanging around, just got on with it, hardly had any drinks lol, or even loo breaks 👍 and worked on a Sunday off all days. Quick is an understatement, they even cleaned up, a rare sight these days. I would certainly recommend this company again and again. The work was extremely neatly done and tidy, and expertly carried out. Very very professional. Thank you Mark, Louise, Dan and Dave who ask Keir me informed at every stage and didn't grumble at anything, so refreshing! Much appreciated from a very executed customer 🥳. I am so impressed and can't in at an excellent price too. Thanks Silk Solar. I wish all Trades took a leaf out of your book. I am so so proud to have been part of Silk Solars journey. Just been advised by this great company and the technical manager Dan, that all the paperwork, DNO, Building regs, certificates, guarantees etc, is now all complete, What a fantastic service, and attention to detail and professionalism, and customer care. Been so imptressed with this company from the very start, so so pleased I chose SILK SOLAR LTD. Thanks to a great team, who include Mark, Louise, Dan and Dave. Much appreciated for a very smart, neat installation, and after service. Showed immense respect, clean and tidy throughtout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and were available at all sorts of hours. Had a Tesla Wall Connector installed. Fantastic experience and knowledge from Dan and the team. Word recommend to anyone having equipment installed.

Nice people who did a great job in fitting a Tesla charger. Reasonable price and all installed 1 week from placing the order. Followed up with a call to make sure that everything was working ok.

Silk Solar were great when installing my electric charger. Lou and Dan were really prompt in getting back to me when requesting a quote and the price was very reasonable. Dan kept me up to date on timings of the installation and the ordering of the necessary parts. He was really friendly and his work was high quality and looks great.

Dan at Silk Solar Ltd was extremely helpful. He kindly had a look at our 10 year old photovoltaic install and his knowledge solved the problem in seconds. Polite, friendly and prompt, I can fully recommend using these guys for any solar installations & will be definitely going to him for our next new battery install.
