We got our new radiators n boiler installed August the boys were all great nice and polite and worked very hard but we had a few Issues with the standard of the way the skirting boards were put on, a cable was lost/cut for a our virgin media so that was another issue that we had to get sorted ourselves !! We have lost pressure on our new boiler twice in the last 2 weeks so therefore no heating or hot water, we had our previous boiler min 10 years n had no real issues with it !! We are now waiting on an engineer coming out to check if we have a leak !!

From our initial enquiry, via the Scottish Government 'Warmer Homes' initiative, all the way through to our final installation, our experience has been very pleasant...
After our home was surveyed by HHE Energy, we were offered our installation date (16/07/26) quickly, which went ahead on the agreed day, with the new boiler, radiators and fittings being delivered on 15/07/26, on time and complete by Grahams' in Glasgow.
The installation team arrived sharp on the morning of the 16th, and went to work.
Every member of the installation team were friendly, respectful of our home and, crucially, very professional, and who obviously knew their respective trades to a very high degree.
In addition, their extremely hard work throughout the installation was evident, with them taking care of their surroundings at all times, getting on with the job with focus and skill, with a very particular attention paid to site safety while on-site, and taking the time to keep us informed of their progress throughout the day.
The complete replacement of a central heating system (boiler, radiators, piping etc...) is not a small job, and involves input from a variety of trades: heating engineers, pipe-fitters, joiners and electricians, among others, and the HHE team, in co-ordination with their office in Glasgow, ensured that our new system was installed with the minimum of fuss and mess, resulting in the new heating system operating flawlessly.
From the office staff in Glasgow, who kept in touch with us all day regarding any updates, to the install team at our home, HHE Energy can not be faulted, and we cannot recommend them enough.

HHE Energy visited my home yesterday to carry out work on a new boiler and radiators. All three engineers were extremely polite, easy to talk to, and carried out the work to a very high standard. They took the time to go through the manuals with me and made sure I understood everything before they left.
I am very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend HHE Energy to others. It truly felt like a person‑centred service from start to finish

From day 1 organising a surveyor ti the installation day was a very easy and professional job. It was carried out by a great group of people from the office staff (Chloe) who explained everything to Adam and the team they did a really professional job and took the time to explain everything to me about the system. I would highly recommend HHE very professional friendly and helpful

From Jamie’s initial visit detailing clearly the preparation required, to the arrival of materials,carpet-fitter,engineers,electrician and solar installers,this was a well-orchestrated process.
All trades were obviously very experienced and their communication was excellent.
Special mention to Chloe in the office who kept us well-informed from start to finish.
I have no hesitation in recommending HHE ENERGY 100%.

Workmen arrived at the agreed time and carried out work in a competent efficient manner and tidied up after themselves. Workmen were very friendly. I definitely would use this company again.

All radiators and equipment delivered on time, all of the installation was done efficiently and to a very high standard. All in all I couldn’t have had better service or advice and guidance throughout the installation.

It was a seamless journey from office to job completion. Information was clear and Chloe was very pleasant and helpful. The team on the ground arrived right on time and wasted no time in getting started. They communicated well and explained what was happening- which was much appreciated as we were switching to a completely different system. House left tidy and all rubbish removed. Would recommend this firm.

From start to finish was excellent. From initial contact by Chloe, then survey by Brian to the engineers doing the job, was just first class. It took three days in total due to carpet fitter day before and after but it was 72 hours on a swiss watch. If they said something was happening it did. Carpet fitter, scaffolding, electrician, delivery of materials engineers all showed when they said they would and all professional and pleasant which today is hard to find. No requests too big. Updated as it went along. We had to remove our mother from the property because it wasn't safe for her as she is infirm. The engineers were let in on the morning and we locked up at night. One day to complete the installation. Can't praise HHE enough. So glad we got them from the pool of companies. Thanks Chloe and HHE team. Would definitely recommend.

Got a new heating system installed and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. Chloe from HHE Energy was informative at every step keeping us up to date regarding when the boiler and radiators would be delivered to arranging a carpet fitter prior to and after installation. This service made the whole experience so much less stressful. The heating engineers were chatty and friendly and were impressive at finishing installing the whole heating system in one day with no mess. Cleaned up as they worked and took all old heating system material away at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this Company very efficient.
