I would normally give 5 but this time you made me show the prescription and then said it was shipped and i waited and then asked why it was not shipped and you stated you didn't have prescription so i sent it again. Took twice as long as last time i ordered.

Had to write them a cheque which was a little bit inconvenient. But got my medicines at 1/5th the price. Great customer service. Would highly recommend - just placed my fourth order.

The generic BREO product we ordered was not the same as the branded BREO. It was made in India. Our Pulmonary doctor thought we could try it. My wife's condition deteriorated within 7 days of starting to use this product and she is back to using the branded BREO (quite expensive). We're disappointed this generic didn't work out and we wasted $165 trying to save money.
The above is a review of the product we purchased. Silk Pharmacy’s service was good but we think they need to have feedback on customer experiences with the products they sell.

You ordered the generic version of Breo Ellipta, and we provided exactly that. It is manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our automated system sends an email with all order details, including the manufacturer's name, as soon as the order is placed.
