Great experience with Silkara Hair as I have had to have a replace/refund due to colour not suitable on two occasions and both times been met with prompt and polite service. Replacement sent the first time and refund on the second, no problem.

Keen to buy, but they mention a choice of human remy hair or synthetic hair. When you buy for example the old Zala website has clear listings and prices for both types, but this is unclear when shopping on the Silkara site. I typedb remy human Halio in and Halo's come up with no description of the hair type used.
Will probably buy the synthetic anyway, but feel like i wasted a lot of time trying to find out wjhat they are made of.

My product never arrived
My product never arrived, and they wrote about an insurance company that did nothing but ask for a number from who-knows-where, just to avoid refunding my money... I felt scammed.

Totally not good. The pieces were just in plastic shoved in the bag. I thought they would have been protected a bit for being posted. The pieces were nothing like the photo. Very disappointing
