Great set, will buy another one for Xmas
I am happy that I made this decision to buy a training set. This was a gift to my daughter after she won weekend tournament. I have another kid that also wants it now. They are sharing at the moment but I am definitely getting another one for Christmas!

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I regret ordering this. The website advertised "Free shipping" but I ended up paying almost £50 fees for delivery to UK. I reached out to the company to ask for help, but all I got were generic responses that didn't fix anything. It's frustrating and misleading .

Hi Susan,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We investigated this thoroughly and were unable to find any order, account, or customer record matching your full name in our system. We also couldn’t locate any support inquiry corresponding to the issues described.
Additionally, for transparency, we currently do not run paid advertising or sales campaigns in the United States, which further reduces the likelihood of this review being connected to a verified purchase. Your location is United States and problem described is about UK charges.
If you did purchase our product, we’d be more than happy to help - please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product you received, so we can confirm the purchase and resolve this properly (including a replacement or refund if applicable).
We stand behind our products and always resolve concerns directly with verified customers. We’ll gladly update this response once the requested details are provided.
This thing is basically useless
I honestly don't understand how this product has any good reviews. The ball feels cheap, the bounce is inconsistent, and the whole setup feels like something you would find in a bargain bin, not at this price. Within a few days it already looked worn out and the training mat is so flimsy it slides around constantly. I bought it hoping for a solid indoor training tool and ended up with a noisy, awkward toy that doesn't help with anything. I wasted my money. I can't recommend to anyone, total trash.

If ordering to the UK
If ordering to the UK, bear in mind FEDEX will charge you nearly £50 in customs fees! Not written anywhere on website when ordering.. so just bare this in mind when factoring in costs. Money is so tight right now, this was quite a big purchase for me. And it was already delivered, so now can’t return it. As still would owe the money.

Dear Liah,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused.
To clarify - shipping costs were fully covered by us. However, for orders shipped outside the EU (such as to the UK), local customs duties, taxes, or courier handling fees (e.g., FedEx charges) may still apply. These are set by local authorities and couriers, and unfortunately are not included in our product price.
We understand this can be confusing, and we are updating our website to make this information clearer for non-EU customers.
We regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Terrible service
Hit by a £50 shipping charge by FedEx for these goods which were advertised as free shipping. Now for 6 weeks they ignore every email and message requesting help.
Terrible company service.

Excellent product, excellent service!
Excellent product which allows kids to practice their dribble in a systematic way with ever increasing degree of challenge. It really does feel as a real ball - the rebound is impressively similar - so very easy to translate the trick on the real ball. In addition, the company has an excellent service and always assisted me within hours. Recommended on all counts!

The real thing
Very Easy to start and great quality. The app is Easy to use with really good tutorials och progress bar. You need to earn more difficult training program (thats the best part so the player dont skip steps). My daughter loves it,uses it every day. The progress is seen im training and her confident.
Ps. The ball is a little more heavy that regulal ball and makes almost no sound at all.
Ball size is only 5 or 7. If you like me have a daughter that plays with a ball 6, i recomend to take ball 7. This way she learn how to controll a bigger ball so it will be more confortable tp use size 6 later and more easy to handled

Great training
I bought this for my son and he has really enjoyed the training. The ball and mat are good quaility, he has used the ball everyday for 6 weeks and no sign of wear yet. I have seen clear improvement in his skills too. There are lots of drills on the app which are easy to follow. Silentball has helped keep him busy over the summer holidays.
The customer service has been great too, very responsive. I would totally recommend.
