My daughters handling has come on amazingly in the short time she's been using it, which has also increased her on court confidence

Great app and teaching videos
Great app and teaching videos. Ball is almost silent, great! Ball is also lighter than normal basket ball - does it teach you properly?

Happy with a*
We're very happy of your product. We've got just a little trouble using the app on the mobile because the screen goes off after just a minute, but we solved it with the preferences of the mobile.

Overpriced and prepare to pay even more
This is an overpriced product by a company that failed to warn us that additional customs costs were not included. All other international merchants always include a warning. Even their order confirmation email just stated: "Shipping method: FedEx Door-to-Door and Free Shipping".
Factor in several tens of pounds on top.

Svar fra SilentBall™ Academy
Dear Carlos,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused.
To clarify - shipping costs were fully covered by us. However, for orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes, or courier handling fees (e.g., FedEx charges) may still apply. These are set by local authorities and couriers, and unfortunately are not included in our product price.
We understand this can be confusing, and we are updating our website to make this information clearer for non-EU customers.
We regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
Top customer service and support
I had some issues with my sign in profile and verification code and had to email for assistance over Christmas. Was pleasantly surprised by how quickly SilentBall got back to me and resolved my issue. Many thanks!

Thank you so much! 🙌 We’re really happy you like it - enjoy your training with SilentBall Academy! 🏀
Only one profile can be setup
I have multiple atheletes in my house however, the app only let's you sign up one child for the experience. There should be a way to have multiple profiles especially when you are paying $300 for a kit.

Svar fra SilentBall™ Academy
Hi Tommy,
Thank you for your feedback - and we completely understand your point. If you have multiple athletes at home, it makes total sense to want separate profiles and progress tracking, especially with a full kit.
At the moment, the app supports one athlete profile per subscription, but we do offer 50% OFF for a second app access for families with more than one player. 🙌
Please reach out to us at info@silentballacademy.com with your order number and we’ll help you set it up right away. 🏀
Total rip-off and zero-value
Total rip-off. DO NOT BUY!
Foam ball, rubber mat and 3 pairs of socks. Nothing intelligent about it at all. It's literally a 3 dollar cost chinese practice mat, with zero gamification, digital interaction to compete or compare with.
Find a basketball and go outside.
What an ABSOLUTE waste of money! My son (and me) are so disappointed 😞☹️😞☹️

We’d really like to make this right. Please reach out to us at info@silentballacademy.com with your order number, and we’ll look into the best solution for you (support, return options, or another way to help).
Thanks again for your feedback - it helps us improve.
Not worth my money
I bought this hoping for a simple, quiet way to practice indoors, but it's been nothing but frustrating. The mat slipped and I actually injured my ankle, while trying to do my drills. On top of that I paid unexpected customs fees that weren't mentioned anywhere on the website. I emailed support but they are very slow and not helping at all. Overall, it's stressful to use and not worth my money.

Qualitu exceeded expectations
Amazing set, arrived quickly in just 3 days. Our kid is busy learning new skills and really enjoying it. Could be slightly cheaper, but the calm and quiet home makes it totally worth it.
