The planning, advice, delivery and installation of a new kitchen was exceptional.
Following agreement of a design, the organisation of every tradesman and a timetable was created. The implementation was to timetable and the result spectacular. Advice by David Davies on where to purchase tiles (Gwent Tiles) proved invaluable.

From the initial consultation, through the on site survey, design process, final negotiation, installation & after sales we have been treated courteously & professionally by Dave Davies at Sigma 3. His knowledge, experience & technical know how were pivotal in delivering the kitchen exactly to our requirements. The fitter Andrew was also first class & completed the installation on time & with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sigma 3 to anybody wishing to have an aesthetically pleasing, high specification kitchen installed.

Our whole experience with Sigma 3 was totally excellent. From our initial contact after disappointing visits to other kitchen suppliers the team at Sigma just totally got it. Our designer Martyn was brilliant, he even visited us to get a feel for what we were like as people to make the kitchen work for us, aesthetically and technically. Our brief was wood and white, to go with the rest of our Victorian terrace refurb. Martyn’s design ideas and knowledge have enabled us to maximise our storage and functionality. Sigma also recommended a team of builders covering every trade that prepped our kitchen before install. They were unbelievably brilliant, polite and highly skilled and kept us informed throughout the process. Five star service from Sigma 3, Dominic Jones and Chris Humphreys who fitted the kitchen. Chris is an incredible multi skilled carpenter and scribed the Sigma cabinets to our wonky Victorian walls to perfection and was utterly amazing. Such skills! After ordering the kitchen we were looked after by installation manager Louise who surveyed the space to check it worked technically and provided advice, schedule information with dates and times for each part of the process.

We visited the Sigma branch at Culverhouse Cross having researched kitchen companies local to Cowbridge. We were made very welcome and met Robyn who helped us through the process of choosing a new kitchen. We needed building work done first, so it was quite a long process, October 2025 to April 2026. Robyn designed a beautiful kitchen for us, visiting the house before and after the building work. She showed us all the options available to us and was very helpful and patient.
There were a few issues mid installation, but with an additional cost these were resolved. All of the staff involved were very helpful throughout the process. The fitters did an excellent job, took photos during the process for us. Louise ensured that communication with other people involved went very smoothly, with everyone working together. The quartz worktops were expertly installed and really make the kitchen look amazing.

From the moment my husband and I walked into Sigma, we knew that they were the one we would choose to supply us with my dream kitchen. Having visited other suppliers, including D.I.Y. superstores, as well as other well known Kitchen/Bedroom suppliers, the ambiance and professionalism just reached out to us.
The range and quality of kitchen units blew us away. With so much on offer, I sought out a representative, who was called Eleanor.
Wow, wow, wow! What Eleanor didn’t know, you could write on an old fashioned sized postage stamp! Eleanor and I discussed my requirements that I wanted for my dream kitchen, and whether or not they would work, and if not, suggested an alternative.
The quality of Sigma’s cabinetry is second to none. Together, with such a large variety of cabinetry, my dream kitchen became a reality.
Eleanor also advised us on appliances, sinks, taps, handles etc., and I couldn’t be happier, as are my family who get to eat what I cook/bake in my new kitchen.
The service that I received from Eleanor Hughes, Tony Cole, and the guy who templated my quartz worktops, was exemplary. They’re a credit to Sigma and Sigma’s partners. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sigma to any of my family or friends.

We’re happy with the overall service we got from Sigma 3. We wanted a kitchen that fulfilled our storage requirements and that would provide ease of use, keeping within budget. Discussions with Joseph Jeynes, the Sigma 3 kitchen designer at the store helped us to get exactly what we were looking for; the computer generated design was as accurate as could be.
Nigel Jenkins, the project manager assigned to us, ensured that each phase of the work progressed smoothly from one to the other and all the workmen were aware of what the others were doing. Everyone involved had respect for each other and were always polite and courteous.
Installing a new kitchen is a great upheaval but Sigma 3 made it as easy and smooth as possible. Thank you.

We’ve used Sigma Kitchens several times now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They have completed our kitchen, office and some bespoke shelving, and we have been delighted with the results every time.

The quality of their work is outstanding, the designs are fantastic, and the customer service is second to none. A big thank you to Martyn, Ed and Louise for all of their help throughout the process. They were always professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with, with excellent communication from start to finish. The turnaround time was also really impressive.

The fitters they use are incredibly talented and professional, with a real eye for detail and a very high standard of workmanship.

We were delighted with advice and design of our kitchen by Joe. We also liked that on a visit to our home the individual design over our boiler, however still gave us ventilation and easy access.
The kitchen looks amazing, it’s top quality and you get what you pay for and in this case nothing but the best and everything we dreamed of.

We asked Sigma 3 (Colchester Ave Cardiff) to design and install our kitchen as part of our house renovation and the finished result is absolutely fantastic.
Jose designed an amazing space with very little information from us other than a few colour and layout ideas. Matthew took over the installation management and coordination with our builders to make sure everything was in the correct place for the fitting.
The Sigma 3 fitters were very good, friendly and particular about replacing any parts with minor scuffs with little or no involvement from us. There were a couple of delays with replacement parts but this was over Christmas, so not unexpected and the finished result is fantastic. We would definitely recommend them and use them again ourselves.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. The whole experience of.dealing with Sigma has been easy and efficient, from our first meetings with designer Katie Kirby-Jones in the Abergavenny shop to our principal fitter John Paul Walters. Excellent from day one. There was immediately a warm welcome from Eleri for us and our dog at the Culver showroom. We only went for a browse but came away inspired and with a beautiful design by Becca for our kitchen. At no stage was anyone pushing us to proceed but we felt immediately that Sigma was the right company for us to design and install our kitchen. We spent nearly a year then awaiting planning and getting to the final design and install stage. At each visit we were greeted with the same warm welcome and our dog felt right home each time and didn’t want to leave! As our designer Becca was away, a few of the team worked with us and each one impressive and knowledgeable and helped us finalise the design to be our perfect kitchen; Robyn, James, John and Ed worked their magic to ensure I got my dream secret doors and breakfast cabinet just the way I’d imagined. I don’t think any other kitchen company does a secret door better. When it came to the install, Kris was brilliant and even accommodated my additional requests for extra storage mid way through. The quality is superb and we were drawn to the fact that the cabinets are made in Wales. 100% recommend Sigma for quality, design and service.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided to have a new kitchen installed. We bought our house over 15 years ago, and inherited the kitchen. Although the old one was in quite a reasonable condition, it was a bit outdated. So, we wanted to change it.
We are so pleased with our new Sigma3 kitchen, it has really transformed the space. I suppose the main difference is in the quality and build of the Sigma3 units. We really did not consider how much of a difference there would be. It is just amazing.
Sigma3 obviously supplied the units but without good fitters, the job could be a disappointment. Our fitters were father & son - Kevin & Greg, they were very professional and they made sure we were happy with everything when they finished. We also had a plasterer and electrician, both of them excellent. The Quartz worktop was supplied and fitted by a different company through Sigma3 and they made a fantastic job, which finished it off.
The cost of the kitchen is top end but you only get what you pay for and it shows. Hopefully, it will last many years and if we ever sell our house, it has certainly added value. They always say get the kitchen looking good and the house will sell.
In conclusion we are really happy and felt we were being looked after by Louise from Sigma3 all the way and there were no problems.

Great help with planning design and very good advice from Negar.
Very pleased with finish. Had some problems with a corner door not closing properly but after several site visits Sigma followed up closely and ensured it was all sorted for us.
Overall extremely pleased with the kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Sigma.

Recently moved house and inherited a Sigma kitchen. We felt it wasn’t working for us and asked if we could have it reconfigured to suit how we use it. Joseph, Sigma designer, came and listened to us, shared his ideas, incorporated our ideas and produced a plan that didn’t involve ripping out what was a perfectly good kitchen but adding new appliances, a couple of new cupboards and a beautiful new extension to our kitchen peninsula perfectly matching the existing worktop. We were so pleased with the design that we also had our utility room fitted out at the same time. This was followed up with a visit from Louise to check installation details. The electrician and kitchen fitter were brilliant and I know that James was working in the background to ensure that everything went to plan. We cannot thank the whole Sigma team enough! The quality of the products and workmanship show in the finished kitchen and we would absolutely recommend Sigma.

kitchens units, doors and cornices all high quality with pan drawers clearly heavy duty and fit for purpose. Innovative designs with great choices. Installation was very professional including extras such as floor, plastering and lighting. Highly recommend Sigma 3. A pleasure to deal with compared with other companies.
