Found the out-of-manufacture PSU I needed for my top end but now aging HP Pavilion PC on their website store, ordered and paid for it for next-day delivery, and there it was: on my doorstep and soon installed. PC back up and running my network with the perfectly refurbed pre-used power unit, and all for a very reasonable £15. What more could I ask for? Well done Sierra-Indigo. Great service :^}

I ordered a cable for a server of mine. It arrived non functional and i have still not recieved reply to my request for refund over a week later.

I was wrong.
There would seem to have been an issue with my original email not being recieved, no fault of the company. As of this morning, i sent a follow up email and within seconds the company had replied, they had genuinely not recieved my first messege and infact went further than expected by issuing a refund without question.
Clearly good people and customer focused, wouldnt hesitate to try them again.
