I have always found this company and James in particular very helpful and have given me excellent technical support.

I have just picked my I-Mac up from these guys, I have to say they are the most polite, professional and competent company. I have used them a couple of times and really appreciate the local touch, it is much more pleasant than using a large retailer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again in the future.

Fruit Geek Sorted out my very slow Mac Mini with a new SSD drive and updated to the latest OS. Very pleased with revitalised computer. Much faster thank you.

What a great team. I spilled liquid on a 10-year-old laptop and they called me back after contacting them online with advice on how to limit the damage before I could drop it off. The drop off was Covid-19 friendly and once they had had a chance to examine the laptop, called me with clear options. I opted to buy new rather than repair due to the age of the previous laptop and they price-matched a military discount on the Apple store and then set up my new computer to match my previous laptop. They also extracted my old hard drive for me. No data was lost at all. They were very friendly and professional throughout, communicated well and I would definitely recommend them for Mac issues. Very friendly, efficient and fast service.

It's a wonderful thing to find someone who can work with Apple without charging the Apple price. Fruit Geek identified my problem immediately (although it was a bit odd) and fixed it with no hassle. The nice touch was the fact that my grubby MacBook came back fully cleaned
