Shurgard Self Storage - Edgware Anmeldelser 

I rented a small unit for 3 years, in that time the monthly payments went from 59GBP a month to 97GBP per month. When I moved out, I was told my payments were up to date and the account was closed, however a couple of months later I received a letter from their debt collection agency demanding further payment, even though no invoice had been sent from Shurgard. I emailed them and they ignored my email. Then I received a 'Final Notice' from the debt collection agency. I called them and they said the matter was closed and it was just an automatic letter, but to call Shurgard and discuss the matter with them. The lady (I use the term loosely) that I spoke to was rude and aggressive, threatened me with police action and put the phone down on me. Appalling treatment. UPDATE; Shurgard have been provided with the details, as asked for but have not yet responded or acknowledged my email yet again.

Brad and Ahmed are both amazing managers of the Edgware branch. Without a doubt they are the reason why so many customers are retained and these are the types of people that Shurgard need at senior management levels in order to bring in people like them, who understand what customers want and just simply don’t read from a script. Their area a manager Adam on the other hand is a rude, mannerless people who is the opposite of what Shurgard should be hiring into senior management. Do yourself a favour and get rid of him and promote Brad and Ahmed in his place, you won’t regret it and would ensure loyalty of good quality customers.

Brad has an excellent telephone manner and fantastic customer service skills. He explained everything to me with clarity and patience and nothing was too much for him. He keeps his office space immaculately clean too! Thanks Brad, I was very impressed and very grateful.

Ahmed the manager restored my faith in this company. He went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify a lot of issues I had. He made the transition to a different unit very smooth. He was so helpful with his Assistant Brad. The unit I was in was appalling. No light working, damp and mould and I was paying so much for it !! Ahmed and Brad are a credit to the Edgware branch. Shurgard as a company should get their act together.

after moving my equipment from the garage I did not know where to keep the equipment I was going to auction however a friend recommend self storage which is affordable and has all the information you need. Ahmed was very nice and helpful.

I’ve been using this storage company since last year when I moved out of my property, I feel my stuff is safe and secure with them. Any problems or questions I have brad will always go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I can’t thank them enough they do a good job 👏🏽 If I ever need more storage in the future I will definitely come back here again.
