Unprofessional
First it may produce clicks, but no conversions. Then it is impossible to trace anything. You just have to fully trust them. The only thing you see is a total of clicks, and the amount spent. Well they track conversions, but the site does not produce any. So we spend money on something which does not generate revenue. We set up the system, so that when a customer clicks on a particular site, that this would count as a conversion. So far we have none. It is not a problem about setup, your software just does not do a good job.
Second, they cannot produce a proper invoice for every transaction charged to your credit card. Instead you get a monthly invoice with a total amount charged for the whole month. It is thus not possible from s legal and accounting perspective to back up the charged transactions. They do not adhere to the international accounting standars, which clearly state that each transaction needs to be easily verfied and reported. This is here clearly not the case! And I have a Master in Professional Accounting and thus I know what I am talking about!!!
For me this is unethical business behaviour. But the people there just do not care. It seems anyway that this company is a one man show. There is one single person doing everything.
I personally DO NOT recommend using this tool, as they do not meet minimal standards.

I believe that you surely have gotten conversions due to how well your campaigns performed, but they were not tracked. This is because you did not create conversion-based campaigns, nor did you set up your conversions. This needs to be done for each business, and our team can help at any time. Conversions are not created by us; we sent your advertising platforms traffic and your website, and based on your conversion rating, we will handle the conversion.
Your current campaigns with your current setup will only bring visitor traffic to your website and not record any conversion
As mentioned throughout our emails, we offer invoices for all payments made on a business profile within a month. We have customers all over the world, including Switzerland, and they have all been using these invoices for years without issues. We even asked you to CC your accounts to confirm this; however, sadly, you did not invite them to our thread. The offer is still standing, should you have accountants to confirm this. Feel free to CC any person from your legal team as well
We meet all modern security standards, as well as quality standards, which large Enterprise customers can confirm to. We have a lot of Swiss clients as well who used our invoices without issues

it was working great during the 07 days free trail. i launched and ran my campaign on meta within minutes. conversion rate was also good, but once i paid for subscription,, everything just stopped. i have been trying to run same campaign with same name and similar attributes for the last 4 days but could get through it for one reason or another
plus their Bot is super annoying!! u ask it a simple question, it always writes a loooong essay with ur answer embedded in it somewhere, super confusing!!

As mentioned in our emails, there is a connectivity issue on your Meta account that caused the campaigns to stop performing. We have disconnected your accounts, so please connect them again and let us know when that's done. We will be able to restart your campaigns then.
As far as our AI BOT goes, it was just launched a week ago and, as stated on our app, it's still in BETA. Once we have your account email address, we can see how we can improve it using your feedback

I topped up my account to run a campaign, but the ads never got displayed. The platform asks you to load funds, but then disapproves the ads without a clear explanation and doesn’t refund the amount charged.
Even after several attempts to adjust the ads, nothing was approved or shown anywhere. It’s frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time and money.
I do not recommend it. The lack of transparency and poor support are very disappointing.
