Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review because, due to a service issue you've been having for a few days, involving your radioca.st domain, my radio station is experiencing serious problems with broadcast interruptions, resulting in a loss of listeners. Your call center has consistently provided unsatisfactory responses, simply telling us to be patient and everything will be resolved. I even offered you a kind gesture of compensation, suggesting that we not pay next month's bill, but you were inflexible about this too. We pay regularly every month without any service issues, and if we don't pay by the due date, our radio station would no longer be online. We, on the other hand, have to put up with your problems; at most, you apologize and that's it.

I am surprised because the attention they have is very good and the prices of their services are better.

Relative newbie to radio software. Initially on the Sonic Panel , moved very recently to the new Streamerr panel (which is rather fab). Needed some help in tweaking it to make it work. Reached out and found Matthew and Aaron on Tech support who were nothing but helpful. Their help made that transistion from one panel to another painless, regardless of how inane my questions were. Massive thanks to you guys , absolute diamonds!

I am testing there new panle out "streamerr panle" I think it is great. It is easy to get around easy to use. I do alot of podcasting and it supports podcast it gives me a place to put them. If you are looking for a panle this is the one forf you. Streamerr panle".

I decided this wasn't for me and unsubscribed from their emails some time ago. Since then I have been bombarded with emails from them! Petty!

Everything works smoothly. The functionality is organized sensibly and everything is accessible from the menu, it is very easy to find what you are looking for.
The prices are reasonable and the availability of the services I purchased is almost 100%.
The user interface is intuitive and the UX is well thought out.
The support staff was very kind and resolved the issue without any bureaucracy.
I have been using their services for a few months now and everything works without complaints, keep up the good work streamerr.

These Guys are top notch. If i have had a problem they have always fixed it. Even problems i should get a Webmaster for. Mathew & Aaron understand the grassroots of radio. Such a great team. If you ever need Studio space check their sister business out Unmuted Limited. I wish i could write all day about these guys. I will never change from these guys.

Ive had the service for about 3 years now and had no issues with them. When I had a problem it was with the ftp client and they halo me resolve it. Definitely better than the other streaming services I've had in the past.

i faced a financial problem, they were smart enough to report the months of an unused service (shoutcast server paid yearly) on the one where due date was passed. They 're not doing only business, they can also understand your "personal life" problems and always have an answer for you to try to solve them...
I've never met such an ethic company!
And that's why i truly love them (plus technically they master their subject !)
Since 1995 i am their client, i have never, never find better anywhere !
