I'm nervous about buying more products from shotscope
I adore my shottracking watch from shotscope, it is the older V3 model. It's not perfect but it used to collect 95% of my shots and editing the shots is fairly simple.
It stopped tracking the shots, so I contacted shotscope. Customer services emailed a reply super quick and they confirmed that the antenna (which happens to be in the strap) is most likely broken. I thought wonderful, I just need a new strap....
What I am super disappointed with is that this strap is a known weak point in the watch but they have stopped making it. So my watch cannot be fixed, I've checked amazon and eBay and there is nothing. This watch has been on the market for 5 years only. They've offered me a 25% discount on their new tech but thart would still equate to spending over £180 on their new equivalent watch the V5, which also has its antenna in the strap. They claim the antenna in strap is more robust, will track the shots better and the watch locks onto more satellites.
But the V3 watch works for me adequately. I've spent my £180 to track shots, I accept parts wear.
I will say custer services were fast , polite and professional. I cannot fault them, this poor review is 100% on whoever decided to stop production on wearable parts.
I don't want to spend close to another £200 to be in the same situation again. I would understand if the watch was very old but I have used it for 4 seasons.

Poor support
I wrote to the support team about the LM1 and the testing that had been performed on it and the testers that they have allowed early access to the unit and the support team blow me off I was asking for early access not a free unit to allow for more testing so I do not recommend the support team and if you buy a product do your own review on it.

I put in a request for help when I had trouble finding a course I was playing on my H4. Turns out the reason was my own inability to read the manual. Shotscope support responded swiftly and patiently and continue to demonstrate they are a cut above in the GPS and shot tracking market.
Promptness
Promptness, courtesy, helpfulness, and generosity. Very good. In fact, I later purchased one of their products.
I had an issue with my V5 watch…
I've been a Shotscope user since the beginning and still have the V2 & V3 watches. I had an issue with my V5 watch "Down" button and contacted Shotscope Support, after confirming where and when i bought the watch they sent me a return Form to fill out, with the option of refund or new watch. I returned the watch. I opted for a new watch (which I believe is one of the best on the market) and they even refunded the postage. Exceptional service, everything sorted over a 24 hr period. Many thanks to Andy at ShotScope Support for your assistance and helpfulness.

Another excellent experience with Support. I purchased a new putter but it was not included in the database. I sent in an enquiry inquiring when it would be added. The next day I received an email telling me the putter had been added to the database.

Shotscope support from Cameron was excellent. He was extremely responsive, helpful with questions and instructions to diagnose/confirm my issues, and issue an RMA with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth process.
Fixed shipping address
Ordered the new LM1 and had a shipping address issue immediately. I contacted customer support and they fixed it same day before anything actually shipped. Great job.

Customer service, James, responded immediately to my request to replace a V5 watch under warranty. He gave me great instructions and the new watch was shipped as soon as I sent my mail receipt. Great company, great watch! Thanks

My x5 lead would not latch and kept falling out making charging an issue. I have only used it a handful of rounds.

Ok customer service poor shipping and recieving.
Ok customer service, but the shipping and recieving has been a nightmare. I order the H4 handheld on 3/18/26 through DSG and as of 3/27/26 I still haven't recieved my order. I guess it's stuck in the TSA line in Chicago because the tracking states it's been there since 3/26 at 5:54am with an expected delivery today 3/27 between 10:20am - 2:20pm.
