I received my LM1 and found an issue

I received my LM1 and found an issue I wanted support with. I reached out to Shot Scope and got an immediate response. They asked a few more details and was able to resolve all my concerns very quickly. As someone who delivers customer service training to apprentices, this will be on the list of excellent providers - thank you.

NO HELP

Ordered a new product, delayed, no update, no longer able to log in to website, no receipt to view. Then no response from a representative, only auto-responses to my emails to their hidden service/support department. The lack of service from a company with so much momentum. At least the vendors and influencers are getting them.....this is a bad way to make your new customers happy.
Update: They finally responded to my emails, but only after leaving my review here. It seems like they only care after they look bad, not while they are doing bad.

I am sorry about this.

I can see you emailed in on Friday night and we replied Saturday morning with an update on your order, along with confirmation of your order. I'm not sure if you received this or not as there has been no reply however we will re-send it just in case.

Sometimes the replies can go to your junk or spam depending on your settings so I would check there as well. The email does look like it has gone through fine on our side.

Any further issues with this please just get back to us.

Pre purchaser of the LM1 in February

Pre purchaser of the LM1 in February. Company has only provided a single update on delivery status of units - likely as a result of receiving a massive amount of outreach - and when I followed up with them two weeks ago was told by 'Lee' that I the would receive an update next week (last week) with my shipping details. Week has come and gone, no update. Have come across dozens of YouTubers with essentially zero (<5k) followers reviewing units, meanwhile paying customers are left holding the bag. Will be seeking a refund, which I suspect will be a hassle as well, and going with a VoiceCaddy

LM1 order and delivery

I've used the H4,X5 and Laser Pro with no complaints at all. Some small issues were resolved quickly and easily. However, my experience with the LM1 has been a different story. Ordered and paid on the day of release, 11 Feb. Promised delivery was end Mar or early Apr. No updates were given about delivery updates. 2 weeks ago my local pro advised he had 2 units. I contacted Shot Scope to be told deliver was 10-12 weeks from order. I then expressed my wish to cancel the order and be refunded. I was then surprised to learn the unit could be delivered in a day or so. No explanation followed and my refund was processed in 2 days.
Very disappointed with the mixed messages on delivery. I bought one of the units from my local pro and got it the following day.

My last contact noted delivery was 10-12 weeks from order. Within a day or so my local pro advised he had 2 units.

Both good and not so good

Both good and not so good. Very quick response, however the response doesn't really answer the question. Pre- ordered LM1, told at order and with follow up email that will be shipped early April. As of 4-19, no shipment. Emailed and response gave 3 different possible times for shipment depending on order date (All which would mean it should have been shipped already) and last sentence stated no matter when order it will be shipped within 12 weeks of ordering. I'm sitting at 15 weeks as of this review. I'm not mad just frustrated at Shotscope not being able to deliver as promised. Still excited to get the LM1, if it ever gets here.

Ordered my LM1 on 2/12/2026, STILL IN LIMBO, NO INFO

Ordered my LM1 on 2/12/2026. No order confirmation, no email, no account info, NOTHING. Just a confirmation from my bank/CC that the charge was placed. Contacted LM1 twice, requesting my order info/invoice/documentation and ship date. Received GENERIC response, no details on my order or ship/arrival date.
Received second response, watered down info, but DID get a screenshot of my order. BUT, no ship date info on my order.
POOR processes and customer support. Waiting, but will likely cancel and request refund or forward to my bank for reconciliation. UNACCEPTABLE.

Help Resolving H50 Issue

I had an issue with my H50 not turning on or charging.

I contacted Shotscope Customer Support via E Mail and had a response within 2 hours.
They gave me some clear and easy instructions to follow to try a factory reset and Firmware update.
Followed the instructions and it resolved the issue immediately.

Fantastic customer service once again from Shotscope Support.

A great company offering excellent products at a very good price, backed up with superb Customer Support.

Broken V5 warranty

My V5 broke because bunker sand got under one of the push buttons. I received a replacement watch under warranty. Customer service responded quickly every time via email.

I have the same complaint about LM1…

Update: After multiple delays and having to repeatedly harass customer service for a real update, my LM1 has finally shipped. It’s clear the 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' here. While I'm glad to finally have the unit, the pre-order experience was a mess of broken promises. I’ll be testing it out shortly to see if the tech was worth the headache, but be prepared to fight for your tracking number if you're still waiting.

Original Review: I have the same complaint about LM1 preorder. It’s a nightmare. Broken promise after broken promise. Delay after delay. Makes me want to return my rangefinder and ask for a refund on the LM1. Just ship the unit you corporate bullies. Quit prioritizing larger corporate orders over prepaid customers.

I have contacted the company twice over the past year. The first time was when I purchased my watch and noticed my small home course was not available in the existing course list. They added my small home course in a day or two, which is really fast and awesome. The second time was the other day when I let them know one of the holes on my course was not registering the correct yardage (off by like 30/40 yards) when compare to a laser range finder. They again fixed that issue the next day. I have will be golfing today to test out the yardage fix on that hole. But this company responds very fast and is very helpful. Much appreciated team!

Fast Response from Customer Service

I've had a few set up issues in trying to understand how to use the new tech and features of my G6. The Customer Support has been first class, very quick response and then they follow up to ensure you're satisfied. Very good indeed.
