A company that makes great products and stands by them.
ShotScope are the best! They offer phenomenal products and even better support. I have not had any issues with their products in terms of functionality, they've been rock solid. There was a small golf course near me missing, and true to their word, within 48 hours of completing a customer request form the course had been added to their database and available for use. I have products and services from other companies that I pay far more for and they can't come close to providing such clear and quick service. Well done, ShotScope - I look forward to buying more of your products in the future.
I'm on my second ShotScope watch the V5…
I'm on my second ShotScope watch the V5 with sensors and I love it.
It has all the bells and whistles that I want. It is just 2yrs old now and it developed an issue with the Back button, were you have to push extremely hard to activate it.
So I reached out the guys in ShotScope and got talking to Lee.
What an absolute Gentleman, he responded to every email in minutes. These guys are at the pinnacle of customer care and support. My watch is gone back, they reimbursed me for the post minutes after I sent in the receipt. And replacement watch is on it way! I can't say anymore.......I'm blown away by these guys! Thank you all at ShotScope, you've a customer for life.

I ordered a product a month ago and have reached out multiple times since it has never been delivered. Customer NO support refuses to give a number or provide any way to SPEAK TO A HUMAN. Garbage company is one that makes themselves invisible. AVOID this company.

LM1 Launch monitor - not syncing with Shotscope App
I recently received my long awaited LM1 launch monitor, which I purchased in February of this year. It developed a fault, so that it would not sync via bluetooth with my shotscope app on my 'phone/ipad. I contacted the helpline and was dealt with by James, he went through a number of fault diagnostics with me, before finally agreeing to have the product returned to them (at Shotscope's cost) and a replacement provided (received today). Excellent customer service in rectifying a problem. Thank you

Preordered LM1 and got emails saying mid April delivery. Well it’s the end of April and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. I emailed with my order number and still haven’t gotten a response. Just this survey request which is why my numbers are 2 stars. I honestly considered a 1 star like others but I will give this company time to resolve the issue.

They went over and above to sort an issue. The charger for my GPS watch had broken and the replacements were out of stock. I contacted them and they sent one which was ‘lying around the office’, free of charge. Because I am playing golf abroad next week, I cheekily asked if they could rush it through. It arrived in a couple of days.
Fantastic customer service. I will certainly use this company again.
V5 watch
Hi, I had issues with our new course layout at Linlithgow as my V5 was not picking up the course. After many e- mails with Cameron and Andy after a number of weeks this morning it all clicked and the watch is back in full use, Thanks to all at the team for excellent customer service, Paul

X5 Tracker.
I bought the X5 tracker watch to try and it helped me decide that the procedure was too time-consuming when trying to keep the game moving. As a senior golfer, I would have preferred a brighter screen but it is not a deal-breaker. The Support team at Shot Scope were best in class in facilitating the return/refund. I already have an LR2 Rangefinder and will continue to visit their website to see what’s occurring. Again, the service could not be better.

Purchased and LM 1 Launch Monitor and am absolutely delighted with its quality and performance. I was on the advance order list so had to wait for delivery, however Shotscope customer support were excellent in communications regarding delivery timeframe. Delivery to Spain was prompt and problem free.
V5 Shotscope
I bought a V5 in August ‘25 and have been very impressed since purchase with the performance of the watch and the online dashboard to edit and post rounds.
Unfortunately, in April ‘26 one of the buttons became dislodged so I raised with customer service who were absolutely amazing and asked that I send the watch back and they would send a replacement and refund postage!!!
I cannot fault this company at all, highly recommend!!!!

My watch wouldn’t turn on
My watch wouldn’t turn on, I thought it was broken, I messaged customer service and they determined it was the cable, they sent me a new cable and it immediately worked, amazing customer service!
Replacement of H50
I received my H50 about 3 weeks ago. After initial set up, I fully charged the H%) but it would never turn back on. I emailed the Shot Scope Support Desk and they got back to me the next day. After a couple of email exchanges, they immediately sent me a new H50 which is working just fine. The Support Desk was super responsive and handled the replacement procedure in a simple and expeditious manner.
A company of integrity
Whilst it is obviously disappointing that the V5 did go wrong the way this was dealt with by shotscope was about as good as one could hope for and well above what we have come to expect of most companies. With this attitude success should be guaranteed- you deserve to be.
Good Coms
I can’t say much for the product as I have yet to receive it. I can say the customer service team have been very responsive and informative. It’s always easier to trust a company that keeps you updated over one that leaves you in the dark.
