What a wonderful experience I had selling my property with Shortland Horne, Andy initially valued the property and from that day it was so smooth with the rest of the Shortland Horne team. Thank you so much for selling our house we will highly recommend you to anyone.

Thank you to the team at Shortland Horne, they’ve been amazing with helping me find a rental property. The process was so easy from start to finish, could not recommend them enough. Thanks again !

Attention to detail throughout all processes. Would definitely buy through Shortland Horne again. Thanks for your hard work William.

I have dealt with Shortland Horne for over ten years now and I continue to be impressed at their 'light-touch', but complete, professionalism. This extends throughout the company and consequently I find Shortland Horne a pleasure to work with.

Excellent estate agent, knowledgeable , easy to deal with.
excellent photos.

I sold my house through SH and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The team were incredibly professional and responsive throughout the sale. The marketing material that they produced for our property was really impressive.

Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service over a really stressful time. Thanks team SH

Great experience from Aaron from start to finish. My parents have special needs and needed to sell their house and move into something smaller. He was so helpful and explained each step in a way they would understand. The whole process was communicated so my parents were aware of every step. This eased their minds during a stressful stage of moving house. So grateful for the kind hardworking staff that sold my parents house within a couple of days.

I rented my house in Leamington through Shortland Horne. They found me a great tenant within a week who stayed for three years. A very positive experience and would recommend

Super Letting Agent! They have managed may home in forest road for years and never had a problem.

Inconsiderate. Cancelled viewing 10 minutes before it started

Renting was a stop gap whilst waiting for house sale to go through.
Treated like crap. Very stressful experience.

I have both brought and sold with Shortland Horne, and both cases I have been kept up to date with the process, email confirmation and regular telephone calls. I couldn’t fault the service I received from Shelley and I would be more than happy to use again

Was told that we would have our full deposit back if not accepted in renting a house. Spoke to someone called Claire today that told me I lied when I never and then said they was taking money out of my deposit to pay for their referencing. Be careful this company lies

Laura was extremely valuable and we honestly think we could not have done this without Laura. Team Shortland Horne is the best and would highly recommend to everyone!!!

Shortland Horne have been amazing, patient and supportive in an incredibly difficult chain for all. Thank you Laura for your support. You have knocked the socks off other estate agents.

Very good experience when got started and later not very good at explaining things unless you ask
