Shortland Horne Anmeldelser

Chris was very professional and personable. He understood what we wanted, liked and listened . We never felt under pressure. We really valued the continuity Chris provided in communicating our wishes and needs. Reece also helped and always returned our calls ensuring good communication.

Amazing team I have seen serval reviues before and the bad once are wrong , ok some do not get the house but you ppl need to understand is nothing to do with agancy is lanlord decision. I had amazing service from Laila and Page informed me whole steps tried to find me a good housing helped me with application showed me properties with no issues explained all from step by step. I ask a lot of questions 🙈 and they answered and informed me with no issues at all . Perfect agancy even if I will not get a house I still with pleasure recommend this agancy they care about ppl not numbers :)

All staff at the Walsgrave Road branch were professional & helpful. In particular Richard & Sue who went above & beyond to sell.

Great experience from the team from start to finish. We have had a great experience with Shortland Horne and this has been because of Linda. Linda was able to communicate effectively throughout our whole journey. Linda has excellent Communication Skills and has kept us up-to-date.
She has a friendly, but very Professional manner.
The whole experience with shortland horne has been amazing for purchasing our first property. They made us feel at ease with buying our first home and we completed within 9 weeks. Highly recommend.

After looking at several other local agents I knew I had chosen the right one after meeting with Andy who was both confident and knowledgeable. Offer accepted within a few weeks and always kept up to date on progress. I am now happy to say that the sale completed. Would definitely use them again.

No transparency, offer was made on a property but
Not informed about best and final offers invited at a later date

Paige helped me find my first rental property! She was fantastic from start to finish. I was always kept informed throughout the whole process, and her in depth knowledge made the whole experience easier. Can’t recommend her enough!

Reece is first class! Fantastic knowledge and advice from the start. Excellent engagement, warm friendly and always ready to help.

Shortland horne repeatedly ignored repair requests. Didn't send acknowledgments that the reports had reached them. Gave poor advise and failed to inspect the original issue until almost 4 months later. Only inspected the property because the MP contacted them. Now the agency is trying to evict the tenants. Absolutely despicable.

Paige and the team were absolutely fab! So pleased 😀

Currently viewing potential properties through Shortland Horne and so far the process has been extremely smooth and easy. Paige has been a great help, very informative and great communication. Thank you!

Very helpful and informative staff. Very timely in all communications. I would recommend.

Shortland was great from start to finish off our sale. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Leah was very helpful and knowledgeable when she came over to see the maintenance issues at the property, of which we are tenants. We had a contractor call us within 24 hours to get the problems resolved. If I were a landlord, I would recommend Leah to manage my property. Thank you!

Thank you to Leah in the lettings office for dealing with our maintenance issue quickly and effectively.
Great communication to us and our tenant and the problem was resolved as quickly as could have been!

We have had a great experience with Shortland Horne and this has been because of Reece Milligan, Senior Property Consultant.
He has been excellent. He has excellent Communication Skills and has kept us up-to-date all through the Sale of our House and taking us through each stage.
He has a friendly, but very Professional manner and we cannot praise him or recommend enough. He has been absolutely brilliant.

I must say that the lettings team are extremely, helpful, reliable and altogether professional, whilst still being very understanding. Claire especially was very prompt with dealing with any issues or queries I had. Thanks guys

After a recent poor experience we were dreading the search for a property. Our experience with Claire at Shortland Horne has restored our faith.

Claire was friendly, thorough, helpful and attentive to our needs & requirements. She kept us fully informed through the entire process and kept to agreed timelines.

I'd highly recommend Claire to family, friends and colleagues.

We have been working alongside Shortland Horne for over 20 years offering them IT support and Telephone services.
Staff at Shortland Horne are very polite and accommodating and are always happy to assist us within resolving and upgrading their technological environment.

Dealing with Shortland Horne has been so easy. The lady who dealt with us was Claire and she was SO helpful and understanding. Cant thank her enough.
