STOP HARRASSING ME!
After my enquiry I received a call about what the course covers, the price, etc. All goods. I let the very friendly caller know I do not want a follow up call. He understood and ended the call with good manners. Couple days later I get an email to "check in" with me from Rebecca. Without explicitly agreeing to it I had been subscribed to their emails. When I blocked the email address I got basically the same message via SMS. Today the number of the caller tried to reach me AGAIN. I did not enquire to get SPAMMED AND HARRASSED! LEAVE ME ALONE!

The person I spoke to was very helpful and prompt and efficient. I basically knew what I wanted, just needed someone with knowledge to drill into the courses available and find one that suited me - which she did with ease. I was signed up in no time at all.

It would be a good idea to put an age limit on course participants.

Once I completed my inquiry I very quickly received a call from Trent who explained everything and discussed what I wanted out of a course and then decided which to recommend.
Then, my tutor, Elanora rang me at the very minute I was booked to receive the call and explained in great detail how to use the portal. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and professional

I never spoke with anyone even though I was contacted

Communication was great, Told me all i need to know and followed up with an e mail with all information

Never got back to me when I specifically asked via email, never heard anything back from them..

I have had an eye opening experience in which way I can do to advance my previous study.

Was rung during work hours when I was unable to speak on phone and when I asked or a return call when I time to speak after4 I was told the person had no vacant spots ao I said not to worry ... he would remove me and then hung up .. I was going to book another day /time but he didn't give me a chance certainly won't be recommending

I was really worried this would be dodgy company so I asked my boss at work and she said it who she used they contacted me really quickly and set up was easy I'm now enrolled and it's alot cheaper than TAFE so I'm really happy.

nothing happened I had a very nice guy who helped me greatly, but i need to make a decision as I am not ready yet

I am still waiting for a call back that was arranged for 2 pm last Wednesday.
I left an hour clear at 2 pm but did not receive the call until after 4pm and I was unable to take the call at that time.
No contact since then ,it is now Sunday .
I have given a rating of 1 because the choices do not go any lower.

Not worth it not credited…. No answer when u ask real world question.

Pushy. I just wanted information, but had to provide a phone number... then I wasn't able to get any information without them calling me. I had given a generic phone number to get the information. Didn't get any information, but got a lot of emails saying I had given the wrong number. Yeah, because I just want information I can peruse at my own leisure, not a sales person pushing me into joining. Thanks, but no thanks.
The way you push this means I will never enroll with Shortcourses.

I need to find out the cost of a course it should have been published
