I have given 3 stars as so far it is going good.

I was very specific in my message section of the enquiry, email only because I had to leave both email and phone or I couldn't submit my enquiry and business hours when customer service would call I am at work. A call centre staff member called me at work across two days. The first I ignored, the second I answered because I needed it to stop. And was told (condescendingly) that I could have just left an email and they don't get the message section where she is. It put me off and so I was curt with her and am now discouraged from using your service. I have run a webpage before and I know how forms come through. If the people servicing the enquiries don't get all the info then theres something wrong with the system or your rep ignored the message and just called. Either way it looks unprofessional.

All I want is the cost. Can't get that answer. Don't bother

I don’t have any experience with this course yet. I am trying to find a way to pay and get started. All I got from my lat enquiry was this request to give a review.

i found another course. short courses dont provide qualifications or level certificates but i will definitely look into using short courses when i want to boost my memory and knowledge.

Courses are too expensive for people on pensions

I am asked for so much feedback, that I will charge next time. Your website should carry more pictures of your courses. Can we trust pilot to get these answers to you? Never get an acknowledgement. Next time be a great example for your own image and say please and thank you at the end of this. Society needs manners restored.... :) Ian

Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone questioning taking a class. Super easy to sign up and the staff are so helpful and lovely. Taking the classes are also super easy as they have it all set up on a site for you!

Ever since I entered my details i have been getting spam calls.

Informational, but would like to see the cost of the course instead of having to send through an enquiry. It the course is too costly, I won't want to enquire

I wanted information on a particular course so clicked on the button to be taken to a site that said someone would contact me. If I wanted to speak to someone I would have contacted them in the first place. I wanted information on the course to find out about it & to see if it was right for me. That would sve a lot of people from wasting their time & mine.
