I've ordered 4 weeks ago two wigs…
I've ordered 4 weeks ago two wigs online and 3 hours after I wanted to cancel so I could go to a shop and try some because it will be my first wig.
It took them 4 days to answer to my cancelling email . They reply stated that it was to late to cancel, the order had been processed and it would cost me 20% if I still wanted to cancel.
I was fuming so I've answered that it wasn't acceptable to treat people like this and that I would give them a bad reviews. Shopwig then agreed to only take 10% of the order . Then I agreed, as a gesture to go ahead and order one of the wig. Shopwig stated that they will refund me for the second wig when all the processes were done. The ordered wig arrive and it is awfully and I am still waiting for the refund for the other.....
In the future I will go to a shop to buy a wig because it is too easy to be ripped off with pretend "quality" wig. The company isn't based in UK as the .co.uk would make you believe but in China, which makes it even harder to get any money back.

SHOPWIG.CO.UK POOR COMPANY
We ordered a wig. It arrived and the colour had a red tone instead of the blond tone.
Shopwig response is buy another wig at a discounted rate because our return cost will be expensive.
We said no thanks.
When asked for a refund they said the wig was custom made and they could not make a full refund.
After a lot of emails and very daft statements their latest offer is 90% refund providing the goods arrive in China undamaged in shipping.
Our advise do not buy from Shopwig they are likely to send a different colour and will annoy the life out of you to avoid their responsibilities.
