I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

I don't know where did you send your items to - but by the tracking information from our returns portal ( which is the only valid way to send items our way ) your return was never shipped :

We would love to assist with returning your product - but sending it on your own without going through the portal will definitely cause issues.

Customer service is quick to respond and they appreciate their customers
I ordered a couple of dresses and did not realize that I was unable to return them for cash. I received store credit which was just fine with me. The response time was very quick and they really appreciate their customers.

The shopping experience was great
The shopping experience was great. The shipping experience was great. I do find that your sizes vary from outfit to outfit though. I purchased one 2 piece set in Med and found it to be very roomy. I kept it though but ordered another 2 price set in small to find it to be very tight.

Everything was sized incorrectly and you won't refund me. Your largest size isnt going to fit. Ecerything is at least two sizes smaller than stated. Not happy at all.

Love my order! I got over $120 worth of stuff for $70 in the sale they were having and was able to upgrade a few of the classics in my wardrobe but these are such good quality (than what I had before). I love a classic piece with something a little different or edgy and these deliver! A classic button down but with texture and sheer? Yes please. The softest scoop neck tee to go under my blazers at work? Yup. Every piece I got fit well and made me happy and I know I'll enjoy for a long time.

I never received my package and have…
I never received my package and have not heard back from you regarding tracking where it was sent.
The tracking says it attempted delivery on December 2nd and then was re-routed. Please check it again on your end and find out where the package is now.

Love the jumpsuits I ordered
Love the jumpsuits I ordered, and they came quick! I ordered the black and the multi-colored Twilight. Would love to order the multi-colored Peacock since I truly love the Twilight. I found the black jumpsuit a bit looser and longer than the Twilight. I look forward to wearing them both, especially on travel.

The sizing was different from most places. I’m a size L literally everywhere else and these dresses were so small I couldn’t even get them past my hips. Disappointed, they were super cute and I wanted them to work out.
