It's a pretty dress, dramatic, unique, comfortable, and flattering. I had fun wearing out to a special show. Two negatives- the V of the neckline is too low for me. I guess if I was thinner around the waist the dress would wrap more tightly and shorten the neck opening. I ended up modifying it with a safety pin. Also- I got to thinking after I bought it that it's an African wax block print (I researched) and maybe as a white European American it's weird for me to be wearing it, especially since it's made and sold by a company that isn't (from what I can see) an African or Black-owned company.

Love the outfit! Very comfortable but smart and chic ! Looks great with a Chanel belt and leopard booties!

I wish returns were easier--and sizing was more consistent. otherwise, my experience was good overall

Customer service was excellent. Not very excited about the garments.
The fabric has a strange odor. It’s not soft and the quality is lacking.

The return policy is non existent. If you order the product and do not like it you are stuck with it unless you want "store credit".

I love the dress material and pattern! The sizing is a bit off. I purchased a medium but I am swimming in it (5’ 2” 150 lbs) . I got it for a beach vacation and there was no time to return it. I still wore it and got complements but I’ll need to have it altered.

Ordered an item that I didn't put the discount code on my order and they fixed it right away. Love this company and their products.

When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them!

I love the purchase but t was way to small and customer service is horrible. And I didn't want a credit but they hold your refund hostage making it impossible to get it back.

I was very impressed with how expeditiously I received my order. Not only did it come fast but it was received in great condition. The quality of the garment was exceptional. I wore my garment to a social gathering with friends and everyone wanted to know where I purchased it. I kindly referred then to S & S. I also purchased one for my daughter for Xmas. Unfortunately I failed to purchase another one for myself at the same time, but I will keep my eye open for other beautiful garments they offer.O

Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

Excellent customer service and timely response. My package was mis-delivered. I emailed Silk & Salt customer service and they responded immediately. Confirmed my information and contacted the delivery company right away. My package was re-routed and arrived the very same day! That is customer service excellence.
