Get it Together Shop Monkey!

Since Shop Monkey upgraded to the 2.0 it has been nothing but a headache! The Reports are always lagging. Deposits have been going thru late. No one is on the Chat Support for help- they make you Whats App them and that still takes a while. All of this and they are still charging full price. If you have a program that you can not even run properly why are we paying full price. Get it together!

The issues you've described are ones we've taken very seriously and have worked very hard over the last several months to fix. This year, we've made significant investments in our Customer Support team and infrastructure: expanded staffing, faster response targets, and ongoing platform stability improvements. Support response times are now less than 15 min and we have hired the correct amount of staffing to address wait times. We know that doesn't undo the frustration you've already experienced, but we want you to know this feedback is exactly why we've made those changes. Horrible Customer Service and more!

Horrible Customer Service, i have been with shop monkey since 2019. I have met with the staff multiple times in person, and every time it's like a broken record, they thank you and "value" your input so much, but don't actually implement any of the fixes into their features. Whenever you do have an issue, all they do is pass you off. They promised me a sandbox version of their 2.0, newest greatest software, and it took them two years to get me on it just to be an utter, let down. Don't walk, run from this company and find a better platform

This company has the absolute worst…

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in all my years in the industry. If you want help you better hope that you don’t need it with in a 2 week window. I have been calling and emailing them for the last 3 weeks with no answer. Then my Store manager called today and finally they decided to write back. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
