The customizable job board, REAL quickbooks integration and appointment reminders along with Joe’s expertise locked me in for a new adventure. Shop Monkey is great, the only issue is the labor guide and diagrams - Motor and AllData don't compare to ProDemand... would love to see integration with ProDemand in the future.

In the meantime, have you had a chance to check out our ALLDATA integration? It just launched recently and allows you to pull labor times directly into Shopmonkey. It does require an active ALLDATA subscription to use, but if you already have one, our support team is happy to help you get everything connected.

We are actually looking into swithching completely to another program that is more cost effective for our business that offers the labor guide without all the additional features that we do not use. Other than the price the program is great.
