Ordered some dark grey handles that turned out to be blue grey and cheap looking but didn't read about returns policy that they dont accept returns for change of mind or colour differences so unless your willing to chance it wouldn't order it as you can't return if they don't go "with kitchen" so wasted money but live and learn and will definitely read returns policy before order but won't be ordering from them again

Edit: GW state they are happy to resolve the issue but not pay for return shipping for damaged items.
Quality is awful. Long doors handles crack on pulling.
Can’t get a refund as they want you to pay £50 for the shipping of it back to them.
Otherwise they offer you 20% refund to keep said damaged items.
Don’t buy.

We would like to clarify that we offer two solutions when there is damage or dissatisfaction:
A full refund with return.
Or, for your convenience, a partial refund (typically 20–30%) to keep the item and avoid the hassle of return shipping.
That said, if your items arrived damaged or cracked during normal use, we’d be happy to review this again. We never want our customers to feel stuck with a product they can’t use.
Please reach out to us with your order number and photos if you haven't already — we’re more than willing to find a better resolution for you.

Zero stars. Stay away!
I would give them zero stars if it was option. I ordered a cabinet pull and was quoted a 10-14 day delivery time. After 3 weeks, I find out the item hadn’t even shipped. I asked for a cancellation of the item before it shipped and they refused. They said I could return if I didn’t like it. The item shows up and looks nothing like the photos and doesn’t match anything else in that finish, plus it feels cheap. I asked them to send me a label to return. They tell me I can keep the item and they’ll issue me a full refund. However, they say I need to leave them a five star review on Trust Pilot. I tell them I am not leaving a five star review when I didn’t have a positive experience with the product and it that it was illegal for them to demand I do. They then tell me they will not offer the refund anymore. Scammers. Never buy from this company.

I placed an order for cabinet handles for a new home. The order said it was shipped within 24 hours and gave me a tracking number. 3 weeks after I can not get anyone to answer from company and the tracking number says it's in New York and no new updates. I'm contacting my credit card Monday and reporting it as a fraud and requesting a 100% refund.
