I really enjoy the look of these things but I bought a template to put them on my cabinet doors from Home Depot and I noticed that the holes don't line up with the 128mm holes. Other than that I like them they look good.

I had big concerns when my package didn’t arrive within the timeframe. However, it turned up a couple days later!

The handles look as advertised. Yes you can feel that they are cheaper but they were cheaper! Substantially compared to other sites.

I haven’t fitted them yet but happy so far.

Under no circumstances purchase any products from this company . I ordered 8 wardrobe Handles on 20 February it is now 14 March and still not received my order . I emailed Goldernwarm the second time they sent me a fake post office return saying they couldn’t find my address very strange as I have had many deliveries from the post office without a problem . I have emailed back with no reply or a refund of my money

Love my new hardware. They bring a little warmth to the kitchen. Before I had silver hardware and it made my kitchen look dull because all my appliances were stainless steel so it was just too much silver. With the gold, it breaks the same color.

I ordered handles for my new kitchen on 5th February. Payment was made. Was emailed on 16th February(!!) to say they didn’t have the colour I wanted. They wanted me to take an alternative colour. I said no and asked if they would get the colour I asked for back in stock. Received no answer so replied to their original email requesting a refund four times!!!! No reply and no refund. Now trying to get refund through bank.

Not to be trusted.

Pics are misleading. They are uncontactable so returns are impossible.

Love the ease of movement and water flow. Easy install. Also has a modern look which matches our bathroom. Highly recommend.

Shipping time is a bit long, but worth the wait. I took it for testing. Everything looks and works great.

These pulls are STUNNING!!!! I ordered the navy blue leather with a gold pull. They are heavy and well-made. Arrived quickly. I was leary but every part of the transaction was legit and good and these are seriously so gorgeous!!! I haven't installed it yet though!

Quality product, accurate inventory of received vs. purchased items. I looked around the web for handles of several sized and this was the ONLY web site that had all the sizes I needed (close enough to the target size based on my cabinets). Only knock is slow shipping even though I paid for expedited shipping - in the long run though an excellent resource.

£94.00 still not got my order 8 days now
Also I’m still using 50mm screws as door handles joke !!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Noone replies to emails and items don't arrive. Spent over £150 on handles, will be doing a chargeback claim

This company is not in the UK despite advertising as Goldenwarm UK.
The delivery times are misleading on the website too and the communication is not the best.
I thought it was a scam.
However, after a few weeks my items did turn up from ? China I think?
And actually I'm very satisfied with the handles I received.

This is a scam company. Please be warned. I was drawn to order from them as they offered expedited shipping. I followed up ( there is only a email address on the site and as others reviews note, the phone number is in China)
I received a response 4 days later which didn’t address the question on shipping. Realising it’s a scam and then asking for a refund there’s been no response from ‘Claire’.
Please stay away from Goldenwarm.

I ordered some hardware 3 weeks ago on a 4- 6 day delivery time....still nothing. No number to reach Goldenwarm on, tried email and their Facebook page and have never received any response.
I wouldn't buy free bubble gum from this company.
I guess I can kiss my $$ goodbye and chalk it up to a successful SCAM

I bought these to 'upgrade' my kitchen. I wanted something more modern and in a black finish. They were easy to swap out and look amazing. Everything lined up nicely. We've had them for a little while now and they have held up great.

Do not purchase from this company! Ordered over $400 worth of hardware and selected the fast shipping (4-6 days). Contacted the company through email (the only way to reach them) after almost 3 weeks of nothing. They took another week to respond to to my email asking me not cancel and they would offer a discount. I asked them to cancel my order immediately. They sent several more emails asking me not to cancel, then finally said that the order has already shipped and they cannot cancel it. They offered me $60 compensation which I refused. They are based in China and are scammers.
